We had to spend one night in Cancun and catch a connecting flight in the early morning. Hotel Kavia was the perfect solution to stay in a nice place, in town, well connected with the airport. 5-7mins by walk from ADO bus station. Several services in the nearby area (taxi, restaurants and bar). We liked the swimming pools :)

Breakfast was great, eat most of every morning at hotel restaurant most of the staff was great. the Pool was fantastic between 12:00PM and 2:PM I have the Pool by myself. and o lot of restaurants stores shopping centers closed by. Ibett my server was fantastic.

Only the check in. I was traveling since Sunday May 8th from 1:40 PM and arrived at the Hotel at 8:00AM on May 9th and the person at the front desk didn't let me check into my room until almost 3:PM I was so tired after my travel that when i went to my room took a shower and felt sleep.

Lacks personality and its starting to look a bit dated

It's not the first time I stay at Hotel kavia and still it lives up to all expectations. We checked in after 11 pm and everything was already in order. Rooms are sufficiently spacious and have a well-maintained bathroom. You can also have breakfast there, different options, quick and not expensive. When we left, we reserved a taxi that picked us up at 04:00. Kavia Hotel has a very good location: - a 10-minute walk from the ADO bus terminal - 2 min walk from bus stop R1 to the beach - near excellent restaurants

Although we had reserved 7 double rooms with 2 beds, there was still a room with a double bed. Fortunately, we were able to solve this ourselves.

The location and price was hard to beat! All the staff was very friendly, the room and hotel was clean, I was very pleased with my stay. It was a block off of the main street so that was nice, and a few blocks away was a really nice entertainment and shopping venue.

My room was right on the street on the ground level so sometimes it felt like their wasn't a ton of privacy but it wasn't a major issue.

24 hour monitoring of the parking lot , good wifi , and downtown location

I found a cockroach and informed concierge . They sprayed the room however next day when I had to check out I saw more . I was informed because they sprayed the day before it’s is the reason why they are out and why I would see more

The location was ideal for me, about 7 minutes walk from the main bus station. The facilities were great. I had previously stayed there in the past, and for now, I would only use this hotel, especially for a night stop over.

My husband spoke to the front desk to request a room change and the staff was very accommodating with the request. I enjoyed my stay at Kavia and I'll kept them in mind next time we visit.

The toilet didn't have a toilet seat.
