I like location and activities which were every day.

I didn't like when the cleaner changed the remote control of TV and took the bulb from the bedside lamp. (the reason maybe because tips were not every day)

great location, lots of family friendly activities, good was ok, we could only book one restaurant. beach was good, and activities were included.

we booked the grand oasis palm, but when arrived, we were told we had to go to another property nearby, the Sens, although similar accommodations, but a bit strange, room was basic, frosted window glass so very little view but still ok, no complaints, happy with the stay and they brought us several extra bottles of water. really enjoyed that.

terrible restaurante service. you need to change everyone in the Cafe de La playa ASAP. Specially the manager that wasn’t friendly, never smile and was rude to his team (specially the ladies). at some point there was around 8/9 waiter and less full tables. number of people was always ideal, bad management of process, station preparation, training and lack of good leadership seem the issues. Quality of the food was variable. Hacienda was the only one good. Cocoa average Edgar from the Lê Buffet was the only great waiter in my stay at the hotel. Hope this helps 🙏🏻

buffet was good, the down part was being unable to make any reservations for the a la carte restaurants. They appeared to be empty however they where as per the staff, fully booked. the pools where really nice with good options for the snacking. staff appeared to be willing to help, but tipping is a big part of the interaction. Had some difficulty with one of the atm's in the hotel, but the concierge helped me to reach out to them. The issue was later solved through my bank. However bring cash with you, since these atm charge you a lot. For example to take around 50 usd you would pay a commission of 12 usd and a super bad conversion rate, losing in total around 18 usd.

There is a general feeling of paying for things at triple the price if you try to book anything extra, such as a trip or a car or buy a souvenir. The staff do not really explain to you the perks of staying there and appear to always be in a rush. The fact that its difficult to book a restaurant that is a la carte is really annoying, especially since you need to wake up at 8 am to even try, only to find out you did not make the cut. Passing by the restaurants, they seemed to be empty inside, but the answer was always that is fully booked. Taxi to airport is triple the price, souvenirs the same and everything besides the basic package is charged at an inflated rate. Cant escape the feeling of always being double crossed

The staff, spanning reception, restaurants, bars, beaches, and housekeeping, are consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Notably, they facilitated our early check-in request and allowed us to continue enjoying our all-inclusive package until 6pm on check-out day. Overall, our experience was exceptional thanks to the top-notch service and amenities provided by the resort. We can't wait to visit again. For the first time the kids were happy to be on vacation

Regrettably, we were unable to dine at restaurants requiring advance bookings, as the majority were fully booked even when reservations were made 24 hours in advance. It appears they are quite popular and in high demand.

Cocoa , grill and seafood restaurant was the best. Waiters that left great memories are Jesus Alejandro Abraham Cleaners were very honest and did an excellent job Food in general was great tasting Kids friendly zone was awesome It was definitely a vaction

It took some time vet reservarions for dinner. Most of the time maki taco is completely booked. Reservations for dinner are from 8am to 6pm......and its not confirmed until they reply with a confirmation You have to get up like a regular working day just to be rhe first to book your dinner

People were very nice , I heard a lot of good and bad about this hotel but you really have to see for yourself. I want to really give a big shout out to the young man on the 10th floor bartender /lounge he did a great job, very respectful young man, you need to give him a promotion…

The food wasn’t that good no taste at all, to many kids running around without supervision, y’all need to use all that money y’all making to insure( Insurance) your guess you have to be more accountable for your guess well being and health. I’m glad I had travels insurance , I witness a young 2 year old baby get hurt and your hotel said y’all wasn’t responsible for any injuries on your premises which I think is (Bull shit) your going to loss a lot of guess, Your people you have greeting guess were nerve bothering, they should sit the hell down and let your guess enjoy themselves more and stop harassing the guess for money (Deposits !!!!!) on every damn thing. But over all it was alright for me and my family..

Expansive facility sharing open grounds with Sens Resort. Was provided a great complementary upgraded room. Pleasant place with lots of beach & pool areas to choose from. Buffet foods ok.

Unable to get into specialty restaurants without day prior reservation. Would recommend staying away from raw & undercooked foods, as got sick after 2nd day. Would stay there again, but being a bit more careful of the food items.

Lots of pools and kids activities. Unfortunately the dinosaur river was closed but looked excellent. Good access to bars for drinks and snacks without having to go back inside. The coffee shops are a nice touch all covered under the all inclusive

Queues queues queues. Mexicans are a pretty laid back nation and this is reflected in the time it takes to get anything. Stood for twenty minutes for a burger and hot dog. Had to queue for all buffet meals and the a la carte meals whilst good quality needs a think about how these are booked. Stood in a queue for twenty minutes just to book a slot for later that evening. As per many of the other reviews in its prime I bet this place was excellent but it's starting to look a little dated.
