Safi Royal Luxury Valle

Location was perfect! Many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The staff were exceptional. We received excellent service. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable.

The fitness room needed more maintenance. Ran out of towels 2 of the 4 mornings and the AC did not seem to work well which is not the best for working out in August in Mexico. I was surprised that such a nice hotel did not offer a mini fridge in the rooms. We stayed 5 nights so a mini fridge would have been nice. We only had coffee in the room on arrival. The housekeeper never replenished. I know I could have asked for it but we were out all day and usually not back in our room until late evening. And honestly, I don’t think I should have to ask for something that obviously needs to be replenished.

Breakfast was incredible! Alltough we "just" had the continental breakfast, there were loads of fresh fruit, yoghurts and sweet bread to choose from. The buffet breakfast is absolutely incredible and people from the whole city come to have it and socialize with their group of friends.

Nothing really to not like, everything was great. The rooms are a bit more "rustic", but that is to be expected with the style of this charming hotel that seems to be a staple of the history of Monterrey.

Friendly staff, fantastic food, wonderful service, great location. I noticed i had forgotten my passport when i got to the airport. I phoned the hotel and Vanessa at the front desk had someone check the room I was staying in and it was there. She got a taxi and had the driver bring my passport to me at the airport, and I was still able to make my flight. 5 star place and 5 star service

A second stay of a week in three months and can't wait to get back. Super hotel, super room, super food and extra-super staff throughout the hotel. Very much a home from home. A special mention to Liz on the front desk who was professional and friendly always and an example for all staff.

Not a single complaint

Stunningly good buffet breakfast to start the day and excellent cakes throughout. All staff very polite. Spectacular entrance, great rooms and super location with major mall opposite. Stayed for a week and will go back.

The location is quite pleasant. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping center. The room is lovely, very clean and confortable. I really love the free continent buffet in the restaurant every morning.

The wifi is slow and always disconnects itself...

The pool was not full, so we didn’t go swimming. It was very busy for breakfast because there were so many guests.

The dining area and lobby are beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

I had expected more from the gym. Everyday it was very hot, I couldn’t do many of my exercises because of the weight selection, it had an odor, and some days there weren’t any towels or disinfectants available. I felt like the gym didn’t match the rest of the property.

I love staying at the Hotel Safi. It is the best valued accommodations in that area (better than the Quinta Real and Camino Real). I always stay Safi Royal Luxury Valle when in Monterrey!
