Our first room had some problems. When we addressed the manager, they were quite accommodating and gave us a better room with absolutely no problems. In a great neighborhood, good restaurants abound. On site parking lot. Beautiful lobby. In the evening, there was an entertaining ballet folklorico competition outside the front door. Beautiful bed, picturesque view of city lights each direction.

being put in a room that had problems. should have been checked out by staff. but manager made good on his watch and upgraded us kindly.

We ordered room service on our last day. For the rest of our meals we wandered around the old town and were treated to fresh and authentic dishes and coffees. Plenty of fruit amd vegetables! The plaza usually had musicians providing some music and in the morning and latter part of the day the jacaranda trees would fill with birds that provides a beautiful background for just sitting on a bench in the shade and being surrounded by their songs which seemed to go on to midno

Well we've stayed before and it was very enjoyable the first time. We had to book again coming to town at the airport before heading back home. Mostly the view I would say is enjoyable. Rooms are large and comfortable. The shopping strip where it's located is also a reason to enjoy it even more.

I reported the ac leaking and there was a puddle of water in the room, but it wasn't addressed while we were there. We checked out after that I'm sure they took care of it. The puddle wasn't near anywhere where it would damage anything.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, pretty close to Old Town, Macroplaza, restaurants and museums. It is a beautiful hotel with easy access to restaurants and stores. The bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains helped a lot to get a good night of sleep

The internet speed is terrible, so I wasn't able to work from my room at all - even saving files would take a long time -, the first room that I got was not very clean (with some disgusting stains on the wall) and I had no privacy to open the windows, since the courtyard rooms all face each other. When I asked to go to another room, they said that it was not possible, even without checking the availability of other rooms.

Location

Building seems old. Elevators looked dirty. Definitely needs an upgrade. New paint, finishing touches need to be refinished. This establishment definitely needs better TV’s with Netflix or any other streaming service. They need to get updated.

Location is fantastic and the buffet breakfast is really good. Although they need to organize the way the display the plates to serve yourself, they were ay the very end next to the omelet section.

The hallways had a weird smell I think it was due to the fact the ac was either low or turned odd. My shower head was all clogged up and water was going in every direction bit me.

The location is the best. Love that is very close by restaurants, stores, museums etc. The bell boys are the best. They are always ready to serve. There are two that are always very kind but I can only remember Humberto. Excellent service by them.

This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. So all my reviews were always excellent but not this time. The room was very hot. I called twice to notify them. They sent the technician but didn’t do much. Do not stay in any room that is located in the west aisle. The elevator’s door got stuck(#1 ). The next day we were moved to another room and the AC was better. The check out is at 12 but they had always given us a late checkout until 1 but not this time. The lady in the front desk ( Reyna) was very negative about everything.

Great employees. Beds/rooms are big and comfortable.

Some of the towels and bedsheets have old stains and should be replaced. The water pressure is also very low and the water doesn't get hot enough.

It is amazing. The room was for the most part perfect. The attention from all staff members was superb

Nit pick: the light from the main hall leaks into the room significantly and for photosensitive people like me, it makes it hard to fall asleep

Good location, professional staff, clean, big room

Not too much accessories available in the room. Only soap. I the booking (Booking) was written "room with mountains view" but the view was towards the internal yard.
