The location was perfect. Very close to friends and family, shopping, and restaurants - all walking distance! The property was well maintained (new and clean), and the size of the room and bathroom were perfect for myself (but would have still been fine for 1 more person). The staff was friendly, and there was 24-hour security just in case (but the neighborhood felt super safe as well).
The elevator was extremely slow, and since I was on the 3rd floor, I had to stand around a few times just waiting for it to show up. There was also no A/C in the bedroom, and it got quite warm during the day since the sun was beating down on my room for a large majority of the time.

I was pleasantly surprised, it was my first stay with Sonders. I had a very comfortable bed, which for me made my extended stay amazing. Everything was very clean and it was in a great location.
My room did not have a view, and it was a little noisy at times.

Elevator was broken. I can climb stairs but as a senior,I would have liked to have that option.

Digital check-in only, no one to help with luggage. Fumbled and dropped and cracked my phone. Do digital check in ahead of time. Loved room just beware of potential for very loud neighbors/TVs.
The elevator was comically terrible - it has two glass doors that clank together, worst design ever, and sounds like an electric can opener. I'm not mad at it, it's actually hilarious.

Wonderful area of the city. Easy access to loads of restaurants and very walkable. Building is secure and spotless.
Standard queen room was fine for one but would be a little tight for 2 people.

Location is perfect, Polanco neighborhood has everything you need during your stay and very centric from tourist places. The apartment was amazing, super cozy and bed very comfortable, very clean as well. Armando is the best host, always attentive and anticipating on anything I may have needed. Definitely will be staying here on my next trip.
Everything was exceptional, nothing to complain about.

LOCATION is wonderful! We walked everywhere!! The room was super clean and perfect size for 2 people Bed ultra comfortable!!!
The only downside is the elevator! But it’s easy to take the stairs
