The apartment-room that we had - a Junior suite - was lovely, with a fireplace (very necessary on the cold evenings!), a sitting area with two sofas that could be made up as beds, as well as a small kitchen. The bedroom is on a mezzanine. It is spotless, with water provided every day. Meals are taken in the main building; breakfast is a very generous buffet, lunches and dinners are a la carte. The staff are young and friendly, although as we have very little Spanish we struggled a little with communication. The estate is huge, and there are several hundred houses dotted through the trees, all privately owned within the complex.
Not a dislike, more of a warning - the bathroom (very well-found) is on the ground floor and the stairs to the bedroom are steep and creaky, as are the floorboards. All the rooms are on a series of steep slopes rising above the main reception/dining area, thus it may not be suitable for all, especially wheelchairs as it is all cobbled. If you are visiting any of the private houses be aware that there is no map of the layout and the roads within the estate are winding and the numbering irrational.

The location is beautiful. The accommodations were adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet and peaceful. Loved the fireplace in cabin - the staff were great at making sure we had plenty of firewood on hand.
The cabin had no dishes, or cutlery and a very tiny coffee pot. No kitchen towel or cloth and no paper towels. I would expect a cabin that has a small fridge, kitchen sink and microwave would at least have some dishes and utensils for food preparation. The wifi was absolutely terrible. The staff were nice enough to allow me to use a room next to the office to do my online video work while I was there - it would have been much better if I was able to do it from my cabin.
