Quinta Real Acapulco

Gorgeous views and very big rooms. Stuff incredibly helpful and nice and try their best even when the language raised some problems. The beds probably the best you can have. Altogether a pleasant and happy atay at Quinta Real.

Although they probably try their best there are places they could improve mainly food chapter, silence, pool area definitely need a revamp and a new cleaning routine ( black fungus between tiles is not a joke). Sunbeds are crumbling and the nix of different type of seating some in plastic some in wood clashes with the tropical paradise they try to achieve. Hopefully management will take this as a constructive critique and less of a complaint. The good intentions are there but needs a bit more than that.

It’s an old but beautifully maintained, clean and well run property. It’s up on a hill with a spectacular view, but it also goes down to a lovely part of beach with a nice swimming pool area. There’s a restaurant on the beach and one at the top, both serving good food. And a nice bar. The staff are amazing; so helpful and friendly. Excellent WiFi everywhere. I hardly left the hotel for the three days. Overall a relaxing and charming experience.

Nothing that I didn’t like.

It's a comfortable hotel but if you find the same rate with other hotels, probably the others are better. Nothing so bad but also not the best.

- Bell boy got angry because apparently tip was not good enough - Glasses at the beach are not fully clean - Furniture is a little bit old and in general the hotel needs a little make up - I found two small cockroaches in the room

Personnel were very kind and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The occupancy was very low so we were able to social distance. There’s an ATM at the property next to the reception. Access to rooms is mostly through open corridors, which make the situation with COVID very manageable. The rooms are beautiful and views we’re breath taking. The vegetation surrounding the hotel is relaxing. The area is very safe. Wild animals seen everywhere and employees taking care of nature. Lovely weekend and will definitely go back in the future for another weekend.

Some customers not wearing face masks and potentially exposing employees. Booking has very high fees.

some people in the hotel were not really helpful, they don’t know how to solve your requirements, I was expecting in a 5 star hotel a more qualified personnel. The bathroom is good but needs the bathroom some maintenance, it is old and doesn’t look so good.

location and service were great overall! safe, clean an comfortable place . huge and green territory - nice to walk. the beach and swimming pool well-maintained and not crowded. we enjoyed our stay !

we asked for table and chairs for our balcony three times (because it was shown on the photo), however the reception ignored it . also, bathroom supplies were provided for 1 person only🫤

I loved the location starting from the entrance, view from the room, private beach, very comfortable beds, very clean areas, delicious breakfast, everything was pretty close in car and employees were all extremely nice.

What I would definitely change or make a lot better would be the restaurant to eat, very simple spot and the food was a bit too pricey for what we ate, I would of preferred to eat out but breakfast is delicious and at very good price.

Just gorgeous! The building, the landscape of the gardens, palapas and fountains, and the ocean view. The food is amazing and the spa sooo goood.

A little the time to pass security, but it also make us feel safe.

The breakfast was not included in my rate, but I have no problem with it, the breakfast was amazing and delicious. The accommodations are just amazing, I will recommend room 520 to any one without any doubt.

The days were too short! besides that everything was just perfect! the attendants are very kind and always smiling!

location and very quiet. pool was almost empty and good for spending time. you can have food served under shades and its on the beach so you can switch for a while. nice spot as it’s the end of the beach. breakfast was ok too, with sufficient choice to please different tastes.

though amiable, service can be slow and confusing.
