We had the lovely corner Deluxe Room with windows on two sides of the hotel facing the streets with very little traffic. The windows make a nice cross breeze which we prefer to the excellently functioning A/C. The glass panel in the door to the corridor had an excellent blind for total privacy. Lots of device outlets. The bed was actually sumptuous and I'm picky about beds. We heard no street or party noise any time. Excellent staff, always quick to be of assistance whenever you go past the reception desk, and generously offer water. We felt as though we were visiting friends there and in the dining room. As an aside from a foodie: the hotel is located near several excellent restaurants including the remarkable Antiqua Trattoria which is always busy (hint: go early); make a reservation at Tostevere located across the street below your room window, and also find Heche de Mexico (if I spelled that correctly: it means "Made in Mexico"), it is very near with beautiful ambience and delicious food.

The hotel dining room for breakfast and other meals is physically beautiful and the food is delicious but they seem to have priced themselves out of the market. We had all our custom ordered breakfasts there because of the quality of the food and service. However, there was rarely anyone eating there while all the neighbourhood restaurants are packed for hours around each meal time. Someone needs to rethink their catering strategy.

Our family had a fabulous trip to San Miguel. Casa 1810 was a perfect location to explore not only the city center but the outer area too that aren't so touristy. The people of San Miguel are warm and kind, very safe and very very clean. The hotel was helpful arranging car service to the airport and helped us with restuarant reservations. My kids are 21 and twins 17 we had seperate rooms that were next to each other. The hotel provided bottle water at our request everyday. The breakfast is a variety and kept us satifsfied until dinner. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It was our first time to San Miguel and staying at a hotel was easier than an Airbnb. It felt authentic with native speakers and a real immersion for our family. They arranged a care to and from the airport that was on time. Thank you to this wonderful city. We hope to be back and enjoy more of the rooftop sunsets. I highly recommend New Years they know how to celebrate. The fireworks were amazing, like nothing I have every seen. So glad my kids got to experience. Thank you 1810 Casa for everything.

Our room had no view. But we were out exploring alll day so it really didn't matter.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Comfort‌, decor, staff, location. Amazing beds and linens, total temperature control with top notch AC, great water temperature and pressure‌, and the best breakfast! The staff are wonderful.

Two minor issues, the hotel is a 10/10. The noise cancellation was pretty great, but did not manage to totally kill the late night party sounds from street below. This should only matter for rooms facing main road, where a 10% beat seeps in, and I believe the hotel has done all possible to block street noise with high grade materials. The glass doors leading into rooms, while a great design touch, led to constant battles with curtains that provide privacy. No issue when you are inside and drawing the drapes to block the glass door,, but trying to get the curtain fully drawn to block view into room when you step outside to leave was a major hassle unless you want to risk the door edge tearing the curtain.

A very hotel. Indeed, it stands up to its title as "Hotel Boutique." The room pays attention to little details, starting from the lights-dimmers, the unique shower, and the expresso coffee machine (with capsules). The staff is very attentive and always looks to provide service (each time we stand near the elevators, they offer free water bottles. The food is AWESOME. The breakfast in our deal included fruits/yogurt and a local main course, such as chilaquiles with eggs. The dinners were delicious, with live music (during the weekend).

A. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the main square, not to confuse this hotel with the other Casa 1810 hotel. There is another Casa 1810 hotel (not the boutique) located more centrally near the main parroquia. This hotel also has a rooftop with a nice restaurant (we had a lovely lunch there). B. Something is misleading regarding the rooftop pool. The pool is small and shallow and seems more like a decoration than an actual pool. The rooftop itself has a nice view, but it's pretty abounded. We used the pool chair to relax, but we were the only ones to visit the palace.

We traveled with our two nieces and reserved the presidential suite which is on the 3rd floor. It was a beautiful room and it offered enough space for two adults and two young teenagers. The separate living space with the pull-out sofa bed was just right for the kids. The restroom is spacious, clean and exactly the set-up we needed as a family. The separate shower and tub and two vanities made it very convenient for all of us. The room is beautiful and I would recommend! Housekeeping refreshed our bottled water daily which was a nice treat since we were on the go all day. Our room selection included daily breakfast. Daily breakfast included coffee (bottled water or juice cost extra) and a light item and a heavier plate option. The breakfast offered a variety of options. Scan the QR code for the full menu, This was our second stay at Casa 1810 and I highly recommend. Great staff, great location and very comfortable accommodations. I look forward to returning when the rooftop bar and patio are complete.

While the breakfast service is excellent, on some days it was a bit slow, especially when it was not a full restaurant. Also, water is not offered, only coffee (& hot chocolate), so we ended just bringing our own bottled water to breakfast every morning. There was construction going on the top floor during our stay, so the few times that we were there during the day hours, you could hear the hammering and drilling (we were told this would be the case at check-in time). I'm hoping to return soon and see the finished product (rooftop bar and patio).

Staff was extremely friendly and eager to please. Traveled with wife and Teenage Son and another Family with 2 small children and toddler. Hotel is Family Friendly. Breakfast service was a slow but food was excellent. Hotel should offer larger craft of orange juice. Rooms/ beds comfy. Hotel 3 blocks from city center. Hotel offered valet parking and assisted with our suitcases. Check in time is late and no early check in time was available. Terrace was not available for guests, and once it is done, will be good place to hang out with small pool, bar and view of city. Rooms offered AC which was a plus. I would definitively return to this hotel for leisure.

Breakfast service was extremely slow. Small pool on roof but not available as staff said it was not ready for use as terrace was not completed.

I loved staying at this property. It was beautiful, and extremely comfortable. The restaurant was very good. We ate on the rooftop restaurant my first night and had a very lovely dinner with spectacular views. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and quiet. Loved this place!!

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Located mid town with easy access to restaurants and activities. Very good and kind staff. Helpful and high service standard. Rooms very really good, spacey and the bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed with the roof top services, it was very empty and the pool was only a large bathtub fountain, that was not so clean, but a disappointment considering the possibilities for seeing the sun down. Again this is only a small detail missing out from the rest, which was a really good experience.

The breakfast was HUGE and delicious. The building itself is lovely with wonderful architecture. And the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

I wish they would put a door on the bathroom to separate the space from the bedroom (not just opaque doors on the toilet and shower spaces). It makes privacy to change clothes etc difficult when traveling with family.

Fabulous and friendly staff made a great hotel even better. Comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom, easy to adjust heating/cooling were appreciated. Loved having both a sofa and a chair to sit on during downtime in our room. Nice to be offered water by the staff whenever we returned to the hotel. Great breakfast options in a lovely setting.
