Staff was extremely friendly and eager to please. Traveled with wife and Teenage Son and another Family with 2 small children and toddler. Hotel is Family Friendly. Breakfast service was a slow but food was excellent. Hotel should offer larger craft of orange juice. Rooms/ beds comfy. Hotel 3 blocks from city center. Hotel offered valet parking and assisted with our suitcases. Check in time is late and no early check in time was available. Terrace was not available for guests, and once it is done, will be good place to hang out with small pool, bar and view of city. Rooms offered AC which was a plus. I would definitively return to this hotel for leisure.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Located mid town with easy access to restaurants and activities. Very good and kind staff. Helpful and high service standard. Rooms very really good, spacey and the bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed with the roof top services, it was very empty and the pool was only a large bathtub fountain, that was not so clean, but a disappointment considering the possibilities for seeing the sun down. Again this is only a small detail missing out from the rest, which was a really good experience.

Excellent breakfast. All food at restaurant was quite good. Friendly and helpful staff, reaching out before arrival and during stay. Nicely designed and clean, modern feel in a sensitively renewed building.

Restaurant recommendations from the hotel pushed the Casa 1810 group of restaurants, while there were others of high quality not mentioned. Really, a very minor criticism.

Breakfasts were large and presentation was beautiful. The drinks at the bar were very good and staff there were exceptional. Elevator was always available and quiet.

Some food looked better than it tasted. The steps from the elevator to the room hallway on the third floor were dangerous for older people.

Everything. Attractive facilities, clean, outstanding staff, wonderful breakfasts, most comfortable hotel bed ever in our experience. Very large bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom. Lovely common areas and restaurant/bar. Close enough to walk to the center, without being to close to being annoying. Appropriately priced, indeed a bargain.

A wonderful property. The room was large and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the Nespresso machine and good water pressure. The conversion of the building was beautifully done. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Location is great right in the center of town close to everything. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was delicious and sumptuous. Location is excellent, just few minutes walk to Instituto Allende, Juarez Park and bit longer walk to La Parochia.

Young staff serving breakfast could use some more training in being attentive and fast. On the other hand reception staff was very professional and helpful.

My room faced a wall which surprised me. I could hear the people in the next bathroom very clearly. No lobby or comfortable place to sit.

Very friendly and accommodating staff; sweet, small pool with lots of sun. Comfortable, excellent location for walking to most areas in the city.

Breakfast is included, but took forever to be served. Dinner service was great, but better food elsewhere.

Everything. The architecture, the art and decor, the wonderful breakfast included each morning, but most importantly the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. A special shout out to Samantha, she was brilliant.

The only issue is that the bedroom walls are a bit thin, not sure if they can soundproof somehow.
