Great value and location, bathrooms are very clean and hot water available all the time, beds are not recently bought but still comfortable

Large suite.
Rooms are like a dungeon, no view to the outside world, rooms are hot, no air circulation except a loud fan, wifi didn't work at first but they did get the repeater to work after resetting.

After the bath customer service I didn't like anything
The guy at the front desk at night, Martin didn't want me inside the hotel because I had a pet and the hotel is pet friendly but he had to change the bed sheets, when I booked through booking.com he didn't have a choice so he switched the sheets on the bed but wanted to charge me $150 pesos more plus he had a bad attitude so I decided to go somewhere else

Terrible experience, noise all night long and very early in the morning (4am). The all building was resonating, the light in the bedroom was broken (was going on and off all night so we had to remove the light bulb), the shower was leaking and no wifi in the bedroom. In short, worst experience so far in Mexico...
