Hotel Real del Rio

Hotel is in the safe area of the city. However, it is hidden and slightly off path. I like that because it is almost hidden. The parking is underground and there is staff keeping an eye in person 24/7. The attached restaurant has great food and affordable prices. We stayed in the larger single bed room with the couch and the extra space made our stay more enjoyable. There are many restaurants in walking distance but we always drove. Staff was also top notch.

The king bed & pillows were super comfortable!! The AC was cold But it was on a timer so I literally had to get up the entire night to hit the damn green on button! It was a some kind of timer so it kept turning off!! 12 times!!

they advertise room are sound proof and the minute I play music not even Loud like 3 out of 10 on the dial , they call me and ask to turn music down . I have been to sound proof hotels before and I played the music on 10Max on the dial and no one ask to turn down l

Very clean and the staff was great. People in the restaurant were excellent great service.

I would have liked having a iron in my room. I was disturbed several times at night by loud neighbors knocking on doors at 12am try to find people in there party. Other then that it was great stay. 👍

We Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and modern. We ordered room service from the hotel restaurant it was so delicious. The hotel staff did amazing, great customer service. There is an underground parking garage that has 24 hour security. Will definitely be staying here again.

This property does not look like the picture of the outside of the building. I’m referring to the fancy lighting. However, the inside is beautiful updated decor. It is located in the business district of Tijuana. This area is clean and has new restaurants. On this particular street there are at least 3 upscale restaurants. I feel like this block is up and coming. We were within walking distance to another very nice restaurant 1/2 block away. The hotel has their own private parking free to hotel patrons. All the staff we encountered beginning with the parking garage staff were very friendly. The room service menu has several healthy options. Our room was a junior suite, it was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Exceptional price for what we got.

The location was next to pockets billiards, so it was a great place to hang out and have dinner.

Breakfast could have been included with price. The name was a little confusing as I thought I had booked another hotel with a very similar name.

The room was very clean…excellent shower! the staff is efficient and courteous —and were aware I was a returning guest. The free self-parking is great!

The Nespresso coffee set-up in the Junior Suite was good but it would be nice to have more than one coffee capsule.

Its a little hidden. and some Taxi drivers have trouble finding it. But i love the location. and Staff are very friendly. Well cleaned. I will Definitely stay at this Hotel everytime i go to Tijuana.

Excellent boutique hotel that is very clean and safe. Our room is beautifully decored and bed is very comfortable. Hallway is also clean and nice. Staff are friendly and considerable. Also appreciate the 24/7 free secure indoor parking, and breakfast buffet.
