very lovely hotel in a great zone. lots of stores and restaurants right across hotel. we loved that it is super close to airport. We had a late flight and we stayed in our room until it was time to go to airport. it was a very short 10 min drive. We also use hotel when our flight arrived late in Mexcali. we arrived at 12:30am and slept and had great rest. We will always use when flying from Mexicali

Our reservation was for a 1 room with 2 full beds. Upon arrival we received a 1 room with one queen bed. I went downstairs to let them know and they tried to tell me there weren’t anymore rooms with 2 beds. However, the manager was then called and he helped fix it. We got the room we reserved and it was a nice 1-night stay.

Parking is a tight if you arrive in the evening.

I loved how clean it was, and it smelled clean! The cleaning staff was kind and on top of it, friendly and professional. Very impressed.

The breakfast was not good at all! Front desk lady seemed miserable and very unpleasant, made it very clear she did not want to be there. Oh and don't bother her with any request she will shoot you down. I strongly thought of not comming back. But then I thought maybe i wont get her again. The kitchen staff was not pleasent either. Food left allot to wish for. I could do without the smell of smoking.

Price and location. Staff was also nice and efficient. Have been here before and have tried their breakfast in other occasions and is good enough to get you by till your next meal.

Water was murky, there was signs that said it was because they were cleaning the cisterns due to covid-19. It just made me uncomfortable when I was taking showers. Shower drain was slow and entrance did not have a secondary lock.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive . I requested additional waters and toiletries and they sent them to my room right away. Their breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot is very small.

The breakfast was good I enjoyed the selection you offered. Beverages and coffee is also to good taste. Lounge is spacious and comfortable

Staff was nice, free parking, they gave us late checkout after we missed a night because of a missed flight, room was pretty OK

I wouldn't have liked to stay here without a car. Road outside was pretty loud despite effort to dampen the noise.

The room was very comfortable. Everywhere is clean. Everything in this hotel is new. Tasty breakfast. I especially want to note the staff, polite and helpful people

Great breakfast, comfy bed and everything else was very nice to say the very least.

WiFi is beyond awful and maybe a working remote for the TV would've been nice.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Free coffee at the room was nice. Air condition was very good. Breakfast was nice. Wifi was fast. Free coffee at the lobby was great. I will stay again very soon...

Laundry should be better.
