The location was perfect and the hotel was modern and clean. You have the option to use the pool on the roof top + bar or use the indoor pool with jacuzzi jets. There were many food options at breakfast and the set-up was really organised. I felt very safe as staff were available 24/7. You can also ask the hotel to book a taxi for you to the airport, and the team were always on time. I had a gorgeous room, so spacious and with lovely views of the bay. In terms of travelling around the island, there are several bus routes and for 2 euros you can visit some of the main sites - Golden Bay/Buggiba/Valletta/Sliema etc - just Google the routes you want to take in advance and check the times at the bus stops. Would definitely recommend a boat excursion to visit Comino and the Blue Lagoon as you can go swimming/meet fellow travellers/enjoy yourself - and there are various walking tours - e.g. Valletta etc, if you fancy it. You can walk straight across the road to Paceville and enjoy a dance - usually buzzing around 11pm onwards, or if you want an ice-cream/quick drink, that's all there for you. Multiple choices of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby as well.

The location was central and in the vicinity of many attractions and facilities. Staff - Albert and Suresh were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The behavior of Hanifah on the last day made us feel very uncomfortable. We were promised that our checkout was extended, but our key cards were automatically canceled at the regular checkout time, and we approached Hanifah to extend them. She made us feel very uncomfortable with her cold behavior and not even say hello or welcome when we thanked her for extending it. It happened twice as we had to approach her again for another room. It was like she didn't like us approaching her, or our presence was bothering her. Very unfortunate behavior in the hospitality industry.

Very nice location. Perfect rooftop heated pool, also available during the winter. The beach is within a short walk distance. Very friendly staff, perfect breakfast. A lot of different restaurants around. A number of nightclubs are very close by. Particular thanks to Suresh who went the extra way to arrange a takeaway bag with breakfast when we were leaving early.

Rooms 1052 and 1053 first seem as a very nice choice since the view from the balcony is magnificent to the beach and other buildings, but these are also the most noisy rooms since they face nightclub street. It was quite noisy till 3.00am. One night neighbors returned from a night club and the noise continued. Other rooms face the shopping street with a very basic view, but they are much quieter.

The location was very good, close by to all the caffes, restaurants and bars since it is located above a shopping mall. The hotel room was clean and nice. We came to Malta to celebrate my bf’s birthday, so couple of days earlier I requested an arrangement for the room (balloons or something similar) for the surprise and Loredana (the guest relation manager) was super sweet and professional, she arranged the decorations and even a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool for guests to enjoy even if visiting in December. All in all our stay was very nice and would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working. Keep in mind it is a noisy location due to all the clubs, bars and restaurants.

I absolutely loved the facilities and staff members. Special shout out to Loredana who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a brilliant stay. In our first hotel room, there was a mechanical issue with our A/C and Loredana was quick to ensure that we were moved to an alternative room. We can’t thank her enough for the heartfelt service she provided and following this positive experience, we will definitely be back in the near future!

Two separate buildings - made it inconvenient to go from the hotel room to the pool/gym facilities. Limited lifts - during busy times the lift was slow and filled with other hotel guests, making it a slower process to leave the building.

Room very beautiful, modern looking and clean. Bed was very comfortable, we were on the 10th floor and had a very spacious balcony with oceanview. Shower was amazing. The rooftop pool was also excellent. Great value for the money.

First of all, this hotel is located inside a mall! We did not realize this when we first made the reservation. The area is quite a party town, if you are you and looking to party this is the place to be. If you are looking for a quiet vacation, I recommend looking at different areas of the island. Second, the breakfast was so so. Didn’t have good luck with the eggs as they came cold, but you have a variety of choices so you can definitely find something you like. Third, the gym is very small. I found the pictures on the website to be misleading. Lastly, no option for late check out.

Nice modern hotel with very helpful, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was really nice and the rooftop pool lovely although we only used it one morning as we didn’t have the best weather. We used the free hotel shuttle (book) one day, this takes you to the beach at golden bay which was lovely with good amenities and snacks we paid 12 euros to go by minibus to paradise bay which was a smaller cramped beach (on a Sunday) however it did have proper restaurants if you wanted to enjoy a nice meal (on a nice terrace) It was easy to walk to other places and access cheap public transport, we also used Ubers and these were fairly priced usually about 13 euro for a journey of 7-9 miles There were a good choice of restaurants at Spinola (10 min walk) If taking a boat trip to blue lagoon I wouldn’t book online but perhaps sort it out at Sliema (20 mins walk) as you will probably get a better deal. Wouldn’t bother doing the hop on off bus trip as you can easily get the bus to Valetta(2-3 euro) and the Mdina (silent city) as both of these need a few hours each the bus tour did not allow enough time

This hotel is within shopping complex wand very close to the nightclub area so you will get some noise but as we were on the 9th floor it wasn’t too bad and didn’t stop you sleeping. The hotel is split over 2 sides of a small road with the breakfast on the other side. You access this by using lifts and the stair/walkway on level five or by going down to reception out into the shopping centre to use those lifts to get to breakfast. This was not a major problem but there are not may lifts so be prepared to wait

This is probably one of our favourite hotels yet the staff were soo welcoming. We couldn’t get over how special we felt here. The hotel is so clean and the house keeping staff did an incredible job of cleaning our room each day. All the staff in the front of house restaurant and pool area were super friendly and helpful. Again I want to comment on the cleaning it was just brilliant. Karen was also super friendly and helpful and helped us have the best malta experience. The view from our room was great and our room was super spacious. The air conditioning in this hotel was next level it was absolutely brilliant. This hotel is so central to everything. It is in a shopping centre. Loredana the manager gave us such a warm welcoming and also made sure we were happy with our stay before we left.

The lifts were kinda annoying took ages to stop on our floor.

The location is great! It's in the middle of nightlife, close to supermarkets and many shops, close to the center, a few minutes drive from everywhere in malta. The sea is 2 minutes away. Breakfast has many options, fresh vegetables and fruits every day. The rooms were very clean, their cleaning services are excellent and reliable. Rooms are big and lack nothing. Most importantly, the staff were amazing and understanding, they care about their guests and respect them, they make sure you're comfortable. Staff in general were very kind, they go above and beyond to make sure you're statistied. Specifically, we want to thank Loredana for her spectacular service. I wouldn't hesitate booking this hotel again for another visit in Malta.

breakfast was good with a variety of options-just what you needed to set up your day, room was very clean and spacious especially for 3 people sharing, everything was good, customer service was great also will definitely recommend and attend again- rooftop pol was highlight was really handy that they had Netflix signed into the TV so we was able to watch some movies/shows whilst getting ready chilling at night

Pancakes ran out when we got to breakfast the one day that week they had them and the Youtube didn't work in our room
