Hotel Arissa

The L-shaped balcony was the best since we got a room at the end of the 5th floor. The view from the balcony was perfect. Coway water filter was provided.

The toilet door could not be locked. There were stains on the cup that could not be cleaned.

Semua staff memang peramah. Tak kira waktu. Always smiling. Dari segi hotel. Yes, pretty good. Bilik bersih. All functioning. Exceed my expectations actually. Toilet bersih, not a single stain. Cumanya ad kotor sedikit di blinds in the bathroom. Coway dispenser and iron available in every floor beside the lift in each floor. Dari segi parking. It is available behind the hotel. Tapi kalau weekend atau public holiday, parking not enough and you have to park beside the hotel which is parking for bank customer so need to pay the parking fees within SVP Smart Parking Melaka apps. Kalau parking belakang hotel, theres an backdoor for entrance to the hotel so kita tak perlu pusing bangunan untuk ke main entrance at the front. Yeah, summary, memang recommend untuk semua. Dekat saja nak ke A Famosa, Taming Sari, Upside Down House, Jonker Street, Night Market, Asam Pedas JR

Water Pressure a bit low. I think this is due to the water heater machine sebabnya other water source such at the sink quite high pressure. Lift need to get repaired as the door sometime malfunction and fast closing evens just open.

I like the spaciousness of the whole room, parking and also the building

I noticed some yellow stains on the bedsheet under the pillow

The only sad thing is I never get a chance to enjoy the food from the hotel cafe since they closed. I hope the cafe will reopen soon.

Hotel is new we got 2 connecting rooms on 1st floor near lift. Both rooms were very nice. There is a hot and cold water dispenser near lift but they still ve a kettle in room. Beds comfortable air cobd works well. Staff very polite and helpful. Pmenty of parking. Able to walk to jonker walk in 10 to 15 mins but if driving only takes 5 mins,8 mins to dutch settlement. Very central location. Plenty of coffee shops n food places around. Thanks for a lovely stay

Wifi in room 108 not working . Because i ve my own data did not inform front desk

The hotel is near Cendol Kg Hulu, 15 mins away by walking. Near Jonker St also. The room is spacious, fit for us to solat jemaah, with qiblah direction on the ceiling. It has study table with ample lighting. I did my thesis writing for four days here. It has balcony, minibar, safety box. I love the simple decorations and furniture, it is space-saving and makes the room looks spacious. The hotel provides toiletries including toothbrush. Haidryer and kettle are available. Aircond is cold, water heater is available in the shower. The FP and GF are available here, with variety of food choice, so no worries if u forgot to pack food from 7e. The Coway water dispenser and ironing space are available near my room. Elevator is located in front of my room. I can see UiTM Bandaraya Melaka from far. Oh ya, the security is good as u should have access card to ride on the elevator and the card can access small door at the lobby after 11pm.

The bed has sound. The dimmed light, the hotel could provide study lamp to be lend to the visitors upon request. However it is tolerable. The room is not soundproof. I hope the cafe will re-open and apply for halal cert, it will bring value added to Arissa's future visitors.

The room is very big we get a corner room with balcony, easy fats checkin, staff all very friendly, atiqah Sharma and others, got security rounding the hotel at night it's very secure for leave our car at parking but limited only if full need to park outside, overall worth for money

Dont have any breakfast, staff inform cafe closed from MCO time, it's a very big disadvantage for this hotel, the waterflow also very slow, need to clear blockage because always water stuck n flooded when bath

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were also very accommodating when you asked for extra pillows and towels. No need to wait for so long for it to be delivered to your room. Even the housekeeping was very very pleasant and helpful (always smiling). You feel very welcome here 👍🏼

Since its really at the middle of busy area - it is very noisy. You can really here the cars especially motorbikes ramming passed through. No mini bar, need to walk out of your room to get water yourself & do some ironing as all these only provided at the lift lobby. Phone in the room also not working so you hv to go down to lobby yourself to ask anything

Staff was very good and greet you whenever you enter or exit the hotel, they were very attentive and does not hesitate to help you out if you have any doubts. However, remember that you will have to pay RM50 ringgit upon arrival for deposit. (You will get back the money if nothing were damaged throughout your stay in the room) The place was very clean and pleasant to stay. I do not feel like stepping on tons of dust when i first walk in the hotel room. All the amenities were well prepared and was on par from what is mentioned on the booking details. One thing I was surprised is that my car was covered in a few bird poop when I parked my car at the outdoor parking area, and the next day when I check back again, it was cleaned. Suspect someone is cleaning customer's car if parked overnight.

Price could be a little more expensive if you decide to book it near the dates that you decide to come and stay, but consider not too bad given at where the hotel is located at and was very near to most of Melaka main attractions.
