Upon checking the front office staff, Natasha was very friendly and prompt in handling guests. Rooms key was given fast as unexpected due to busy check-in at counter. The room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room are well maintained, with simple instructions placed on the room writing table. ✍️ Compliment given to room attendant in tidy-up the guestroom so well. Keep it well. We all have breakfast in the cafe and lots of variety of foods. Unsurprisingly, we notice the Cafe Manager Tokin as the name given to me. Mgr Tokin and the team are well organised. All staff are very alert in handling guests without failure. The manager and team were firm in handling guests during breakfast. The best thing is that there is no reserve of tables for guests if the guest comes only 2 pax and informed the family is joining them. The guest are seated according to the number of pax with them,this is to avoid empty seat due to being busy and crowded with guest having breakfast. Compliment to Cafe team and Mgr.Tokin for such excellent work. 👏

No much comments as our staycation was so well. Expect a few things that need improvement . 1. For facilities maintenance team to check the facilities in the room are in working condition eg. Shower area no leaking, the fitting is rectified, minibar is working. 2. As for hskp, ensure the hanger in the closet is not rusty and clean. 3. Cafe dining needs to be improved on the step area to add additional steps for elders and kids to avoid tripping. Or to painted yellow line or words written ' careful on the step' as to avoid accident at workplaces. Overall, we felt satisfied and will come back again.

The location is 5 minute drive from Senai Airport. So, it is convenience for whom have flight and need place to stay. The price is fairly cheap for 4 ⭐️ hotel for one night. I have superior king bed with pool view. The view is excellent. I celebrated my husband’s birthday here. Mr. Toin and the team really helpful to arrange the table and surprise. Because it was last minute planning so i feel so grateful for their help. Will come again.

Not really but during the dinner our meals taste quite bland?. Overall everything okay. But, for the pool, i think better to have warning sign. Especially for the kids.I didn’t notice the depth is 1.5m so when i dive i instantly sink in. Caught me off guard 😅

Large resort with a huge pool in beautiful, lush surroundings. Large spacious rooms. The restaurant was good and cooked fresh food almost infront of us. We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and it proved to be a great option within a 5min drive to the airport. (some of the airports nearby looked depressing)

The resort is looking a little tired and has seen better days. The rooms were ok, but the bathroom had leak stained ceilings and could do with modernising.

Breakfast buffet not many varieties but acceptable. Foods were refilled quite fast. Swimming pools are good. Not so many ppl around during our stay. Bought ala carte foods for dinner and it's delicious. I don't mind about old looks as long it's clean n tidy. But if can repaint the building it would give more vibrant vibes to the hotel.

Though we're not stay at ground floor but we have to walk along the ground floor corridor to get to the pools. And it's really an eye sore. Its dark, water leaking from the top in many places, uneven ground surface. There were lots of mosquitoes around even on 2nd floor. My son got at least 5-6 bites during the stay. Plus when we got the room, the used towels from previous user still inside the room. Luckily the janitor was nearby, and politely took it and apologized.

Stay here quite often as it offers a good stay and play rate during the week. Great location for the airport and for shopping at Johor Premium Outlet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is huge so expect to see maintenance but that is a good thing. Do be sure to ask for a plug in mosquito repellent or simply bring your own. The proximity to the golf course and it’s water hazards is a great environment but of course it also attracts mosquitoes. Will always stay here whilst it is good value for money.

the pool was big and deep (up to 1.5m). resort was huge and lobby / entrance was lively with mart and restaurant

i request for extra bed 1-2weeks in advance but when i arrived it was not ready yet. and i arrive late at 11.30pm so was expected to rest but have to wait another 30m for them to deliver the extra bed. There was also no room service delivery from the restaurant eventhough there was menu on our table. should have just through away that menu

The scenery from the pool on the buildings, the trees around and able to view sunset. It has bath tub in room and the staffs were nice. Convenient and fast check in & check out experience.

The balcony was not clean and the towels had some stains. The floor right infront toilet was very damaged. A mat should be provided there.

Spacious room.balcony with pool view is superb! Total 4 pool is really wow. will definitely come again.breakfast spread is also good.

The pool is perfect for children to play in. The room is spacious and relatively clean. The food is delicious, portion is big and worth the price.

The bed has bed bug in them. My 1 year old daughter & wife was bitten quite a lot. One of the pillow has dried blood stain on them. Some of the feature in the kiddie pool is not turned one.
