UCSI Hotel Kuching

The room was really comfy and clean. The pool was amazing. Crazy view on the river. Amazing sunset. Perfect location if you have a conference at the Borneo center. There is also a tiny shop directly at the hotel which is useful.

The AC was really too cold in the entire hotel and you cannot control it even in your own room. My room was at 18 most of the time. And it's also a shame that the pool closes at 7pm. We would have enjoy it on the evening.

The friendliness of the staff, the spaciousness of the room, and the view on the river. Also, the fact that an hotel of this category may be able to serve a 24/24 room service.

The breakfast could have been better. It feels really like impersonal bulk cooking with a lot of fried and sweet items. I do appreciate thought that they installed an espresso machine for self-service.

The room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and the room service food was exceptional. My room view overlooked the river, and the view during sunset was spectacular. Very near the Borneo Convention Centre, Kuching.

The location is far from the main town, and not many nearby attractions. However, it was no issue for me to travel via grab.

This is my first time i stay in ucsi hotel. me and my husband really enjoy it as breakfast price was affordable. we also enjoy our bed due to comfy pillow. Nice view as we can see sarawak river from above. Next time please provide more baby cot for babys to sleep and please provide smqll towel for us to clean our face and dry up our feet from wet toilet. Overall everything was okay and we would to come over again in future. Thanks for great hospitality 😊

Location was just opposite to my conference venue, so nothing could be more perfect than this...

Buffet in the restaurant for dinner was not up to standard...brekkie was very good...room ordering often brought confusing food that you did not order...

A fairly comfortable bed with a nice TV, except the tv had problems around the edge which was annoying especially when u wanna chill and watch some youtube. Also had bathtub which was nice to get for its price. Went alone and for the price you paid if u wanna wind down a bit id say its worth it.

The faulty TV, it had some darking on the bottom left and it was annoying to see especially when i watch youtube on it before bed as opposed to using my laptop. The bathroom had a minor leak, even had an arrow pointed on it but i still was assigned to that room anyway(Why?) I paid no attention to it since it didnt bother me much. Other than that is room service NEVER picked up my calls. Front desk never did too. I called a lot of times during my stay; for food, wanting to extend my stay, etc but they NEVER. Not even a single time picked up my calls and I dont like it that i have to put my clothes on just to go downstairs to order some food when i wanted to just chill on my bed or in the bath tub.

The hotel staff is the best, especially Berong and Adi Amazing view towards Sarawak river Amazing poolside view Plenty of options for the breakfast The suite was super comfortable

You need to log-in to the wifi several times per day

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities, like pool, spacious rooms, cleanliness, and economical as well. However, they have to improve on providing proper breakfast.

pool and gym were great, perfect internet connection also for the work, personnel friendly and good breakfast

location is 15mins from the centre but good for the trips to the park and cultural village

I'm quite surprised the property is clean, quite and perfect for business clients

No hotel shuttle. Daily breakfast was mediocre. Since the hotel is partly hospitality school, the staff were mostly students or internts - they need to be trained to handle business clients. The property has no business center or meeting rooms.
