- It looks more exclusive than what we paid from the outside. - Basic and have everything we need. - Comfortable mattress. - Curtain does excellent blackout effect. - Provise toothbrush, coffee/tea (twinning!)

- Soundproof is a bad, can hear the chair dragging from upstairs or even next door. - Lighting is weak, difficult to put on the make up. - The shower room is very slippery when it's wet.

room wasn’t really clean, I could still find hair and cobweb. there was also a cockroach that I killed. overall room was ok, just ceiling and floor needs to be paid more attention.

The Orange business hotel consistently offers good value and maintains simple yet clean functional rooms.. Hot powerful showers. great room design.. The area has many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I think it would be great if a small fridge would be placed in the better rooms. Since I began staying here some cosmetic maintenance could be done to keep the rooms in their best condition.

Location was great to explore outside of work, was near the Amcorp Mall which had a lot of interesting things to explore. General environment are clean, bed and pillow was comfortable, water heater for the showers was nice too.

There's some leaking sound coming from the bathroom, but nothing unbearable for a night's rest.

What i like the most is interior of lobby & entire room, bathroom also. Room sqft also fit for our family of 3 which i like the most proper arrangement!

Hotel staff which greet with plain face, unfriendly & the other friends who work there talked loudly & rude with each other in front of us

Such a nice place and as I know it's pricey but compare to other hotels in that area this hotel is much cheaper. Spacious washroom and room. They provide instant coffee and tea but you needs to get from lobby moreover there's lift so elderly people won't have to worry much

comfortable bed and pillow clean room if you park at night and leave before 8am on weekdays it will be free walking distance to kfc and pizza hut and other restaurant and Petronas is there if you need to fuel up

the toilet cleanliness can be improved. please clean the sink and wall, also the toilet glass.

The room was good. Clean. For me, the use of the light beside the bed. Was very nice. The light below and under the side table was very nice. I slept good well. The staff is very helpful and professional. Good willing service mind. Well spoke English!

Sometimes a little noise from the neighbors room. Not the sounds. But the Telephone alarm vibrate.

Strategic location. A lot of food and convenience store nearby.

Some.help in paying for parking and keeping an eye out for customers to avoid summonses. Designated parking for customers?
