+Location very good and strategic +very comfortable bed +aircon very strong and even when adjust the temperature follows accordingly. good maintenance i believe. most hotel i went, the aircon is useless +toilet has bidet +exceptional staffs. all staffs from the bellman to reception to the housekeeping is exceptional.

-the toilet a little tight & squeezy -channels blurry -**hiccups during the breakfast. purchased 2 days breakfast upon checking in but was rejected the next morning at the restaurant, said our breakfast was not included even though we got the breakfast stamped. We bounced to front desk back to kitchen back to front desk. But issues settled and was compensated by sending some breakfast to room though its not worth compare to having it as buffet at the restaurant. Second day morning no issue.

We love the Breakfast spread. Fabulous choices of local & international dishes being served and very tasteful. Was attended by Friendly & ever-helpful staff starting from the Recept upon arrival. Our 2 rooms were kept cleaned & tidy. Thanks to the Houseman; Mr. Mehboob who does his job very well, promptly & professionally. Keep up the Good Job, Guys!!! With its location surrounded by Shopping Malls & good food outside and walking distance to IMBI LRT starltion, we shall definately come back to stay at your Hotel whenever we are in KL. Just mark my words :-). Once again, TQVM MELIA @ KL Team!

All the 4 guests lift doors are squeaking during closing & opening times. Time for a change or replaced with new ones. Looking forward for its improvement. Otherwise, all are Well & Good.

Hotel is a little dated dated and bed sheet was stained

We liked the room.It was spacious for 2A and 1C. The breakfast spread were great too. The housekeeping services provided were great. Nearby shopping malls such as Berjaya Times Square,Pavilion,Lot 10 and the new Lalaport shopping mall within walking distance.

- The bidet installed was the button function kind.We preferred the normal hose jet spray bidet instead. - There were black ants that crawled quickly near the coffee maker when we placed a cup of steamed corns there.We were also curious when we saw a group of black ants below the mirror frame even though there were no food placed on the table.

Very convenient just opposite Berjaya times square and to the lrt.one station away to the new mall Lalaport which is at the Hang tuah Lrt station. To your left 5 mins walk will be Sungai Wang. Coffee shop. vape shop for the vapers is nearby too..7-11 kkmart..name it.

Upon reaching(4+pm mind that)the counter lady told that our room was not ready. The only room that was ready was the smoking room TWIN bed. We had to agree as we refused to wait any longer as we're with our toddler. I've stated and requested that we will reached there 3-4pm and really hoping the room was ready for us. I guess Terry(super friendly)from the tour side management could be better at the counter as your staff was non approachable. Breakfast spread Nasi lemak could've change for others. 4 days straight sick and tired of the same breakfast

On arrival, I was surprised and delighted to be met by a Happy Birthday greeting from the reception staff. The slice of chocolate cake was an especially nice touch....thank you. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable and the location was excellent. Outstanding in their customer service were Rizqi and Kumar in Reception and their manager, Shan.

Having asked several times for support with an early morning Grab taxi, I was bitterly disappointed that either the hotel or certain members of staff tried to make a profit by arranging a private taxi. What would otherwise have been a score of 9/10 for this hotel was spoiled for the sake of a few dollars. So, a 5 minute drive to Sentral cost almost double the usual fare.

The room was spacious and clean. Love the day bed so that I can just sit and watch the city outside. The breakfast spread was great mostly.

The iron I had in my room was faulty. It kept leaking so I had to request for a replacement. The room temperature wasn't cool enough for me. The thermostat wouldn't go much lower than I wanted to. And it was in Fahrenheit. Since when we use Fahrenheit in Malaysia? Because of this I had difficulties sleeping. Too warm for the comforter, a bit chilly without it. One more thing, there was no small plate provided for our cutlery when we dine for breakfast. It would be better to have one served so that we can put our cutleries there while our plates are cleared off and we can proceed with the rest of the buffet, rather than leaving them bare on the table.

The hotel's impeccable service and attention to detail surely made our experience memorable. The Level rooms are spacious. Enjoyed the privileges such as personalized check-in and check-out services, complimentary refreshments throughout the day, and evening cocktails with a selection of appetizers. The hotel's central location in Kuala Lumpur likely made it convenient for us to explore the city's attractions and return to a cozy haven at the end of the day.

Front desk asked us to check out at 1 PM, contrary to the previously communicated (confirmed by lounge staff) check-out time of 2 PM. This miscommunication likely caused inconvenience for guests who were expecting a later check-out time. Such incidents can be frustrating, as they disrupt guests' plans and expectations, impacting the overall experience negatively. Clear communication and adherence to the agreed-upon check-out time are essential to ensure a positive guest experience.

We really appreciate your technical team quick, initiative and customer-focused action when we have trouble with the electricity in our suite which caused total blackout. The technician and the supervisor quickly asked manager to exchange the suite and even ask us which room do we prefer for the exchange. We were really attended by their responsive help, we do wish you all the best.

The design and layout of the dinner which had a relatively narrow space against the seating area causing people to have a risk of crashing to each other during queing and returning to table

It was a last minute trip due to a family emergency. Booked at 2am and hoping to check in early at 10+ am as we were with my elderly father. Mr P Kumar who were attending to us when we came was very2 helpful and managed to get us a room. He upgraded our room so we were able to enjoy a bigger space as we booked for 3 persons. Really appreciate this kind gesture from Mr Kumar as we were all really tired and just wanted to rest in a comfortable room.

We tried calling the hotel since 1am before we booked to enquire on last minute booking and possibility of early check in but there was no answer. When we arrived, there was only 1 staff at the counter (Mr P Kumar) while other customers had to wait for their turn. They should ensure there are at least 2 staffs at the front for check in/check out/enquiries…
