Gold3 Boutique Hotel

The location is great. Place is great. Hotel is great. Have a very great stay and great memories. However, the sound proof is very bad, there were few guests check-in at midnight and they were talking very loud and door closing sound keep annoying me during my sleep. Hope this can be improved.

The room is very small for double wo window. But it still good since we are just sleeping during night and day will be out.

I love the cleanliness and location being central to Bukit Bintang. Staffs were helpful, we accidentally left our camera there and thankfully they kept it for us.

Our airconditioning wasn't that cool and the remote stated that the filter needs cleaning. Also, the shower head needs maintenance. Space is quite small for people with luggages.

This was my third stay here. Overall, I was not disappointed. Room service was excellent. They cleaned my room even late in the afternoon if they had too.

I had an issue with the safe. It was not locking. The maintenance team did their best to try to fix it. The staff were very cooperative. Eventually, they had to change my room. The new room had a minor toilet leak. The hotel management should spend more on maintenance but it's still an excellent hotel if you consider the entire package.

Its been years since i've travelled and the last time was around 2017 or 2018 to kuala lumpur, Malaysia. As a come back customer.. i found assurance and safety at Gold3 Boutique Hotel. 1 time we got back around 2am. The main door was locked and a security guy was there unless u have a card to scan the main entrance. I've managed to get standard room with windows this time and I love it.

Traffic heading to the hotel and the lack of grab cars or taxi always missing the hotel and waited uphill instead of the main entrance. the road is practically and alley esp narrow and dark at night.

Location of the hotel is very near to KL Sentral, various malls, Bukti bintang restaurants and massage centres. good for staying in this area. We could go out, come back and rest and then again go out. Camera museum was also good to get a feel of the older times of photography

the lift was not exactly on floor near the reception but we have to carry luggage through an elevation before getting to the lift from reception. But that is nod a great issue if u dont hv much luggage. There is no restaurant and breakfast available here

Love the location, just a few minutes walk to Pavillion. Tonnes of shops and restaurant near by. 24 hours shop were just around the corner. The housekeeping lady and the maintenance guy were very kind and helpful. Room and shower room was clean and tidy. Quick check in and check out.

Staying at level 5, I can hear rolling sound non stop even at night. The mattress is not that comfortable and I feel we are sinking.

The location is superb, just a few minutes walk to Pavillion and LRT Station is just 3 minutes walk away. There are no unpleasant smell in the room and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is a bit dusty (probably due to no window therefore poor air ventilation) and we kept sneezing and there are a few dirty spot in the bathroom. Otherwise it was good, the bed, towel and floor are clean.

The location was simply the fantastic.

Hmm, I was there for 5 days but my room was not tidied once. I’m not sure whether that’s the hotel policy so worth checking (eg you gotta inform someone that you want your room tidied - in a way, that’s more sustainable).

Comfortable room with fast wifi, well functioned air conditioner. I would rate the cleaniness of the room 95/100, the comforter had little stain. Perfect location in Bukit Bintang, 2 mins walk to Lot10, Donki, Fahrenheit, Pavillion, MRT/Monorail station. 10-15 Mins walk to Jalan Imbi for authentic local chinese hawker food. Room rates are cheap during pandemic period.

Nothing else but need to improve the soundproofing, hearing TV noises and people talking from next door at night. Please maintain the standard of cleaniness and good services! Lets hope they don't raise the price too high and there are always room available for me whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur! Cheers!

everything’s nearby and walking distance. the hotel itself is clean. prepare some cash for deposit before you check in. hope can change the songs in the lobby because everytime i came its always the same song hahaha

nothing. but the electric box in my room making a bit noise that can be annoying sometimes
