Citin Hotel Masjid Jamek by Compass Hospitality

The staff was really friendly, especially when you compare to other hotels in KL. They really give you a warm welcome. Room was really big, clean, good hot shower. Wifi in the room is strong. Location is good. Close to different kind of public transport and close to a lot of good restaurants.

There was always noise in the room. It came from the boiler room next to us and also from the roof or floor above us. The walls were thin. It was sometimes a bit annoying, but ok. There is also the mosque near the hotel with the prayer sessions, but that was ok for us. It's a part of KL. Prepare to pay a bit extra for taxes, in addition to the price that is quoted. Even when we said there is written that all taxes are included, they told us that it's not and that we have to pay a bit more.

Room: The air conditioning works fine. Location: the hotel is right next to a central Metro Station (Masjid Jamed). Merdeka Square is right behind the corner. You can reach KLCC in two stops. Staff: the best staff I've had the opportunity to meet. Hard working people. Real smiles. I had the chance to talk to some of them right outside the hotel. I wish them the best.

Room: congratulations to the guy who took the photos for the hotel. He made a very small room look like a suite. The bed is comfortable. The shower door doesn't close all the way. There are issues with the drainage of the tap. Good luck unlocking the safe and inserting a new code. If you don't feel like complaining at first you will eventually find a balance for that.

This is my 1st time check-in Evrtg was good,the bed so comfortable This hotel got lift .. very closed to LRT station Drinking water machine provided at our floor Next to Mosque,restaurant,a lot of street food,close to night market,shopping mall,bas stations and so many attractive place. The reception counter she is nice person

For me..very difficult to get the parking, Parking charge rm39 for 1day..very expensive The hotel didn't provided the parking ..and the parking a bit far from the hotel

At city centre. Price is reasonable but early check in was too expensive. Next to big Masjid and lots of good restaurants. Easy access to metro rail.

Not all staff are responsive and attentive towards the guests. Wait time at the front desk can be long at times. Early check in is expensive. Some guests created a lot of noise at 2-3am at night . Hotel staff helped but not proactive about dealing with problematic guests.

This hotel defenitely in a best spot as its near to the atrractions at there. And also it near LRT so its easy for us to go anywhere using the transportation. But then it is really hard to find a parking lot.But then, there are valet parking that you can use. The room condition is okay, worth the price i guess

There are some water dripping sound outside our room and it make it hard for us to sleep.

Extremely helpful reception staff. Charles the Manager went a step further by allowing us to store our luggage in the control room while whe went to explore Penang. Mosque, shopping areas, and train station close by.

Steps at entrance means difficult to carry luggage up.Senior guests will struggle. Need to address this. Stains on carpet in Upper floors.

Room was quite nice, without any bugs, less humidity, clean enough. During the day, you don't need to use lights in the room with window. Quite place, not much noise at night. I stayed in this hotel close to one month, the staff and frontline staff was nice and helpful. And I feel comfortable during my stay.

The washstand should fix as the water didn't run smoothly.

1.rain shower got problem..i stay at room 302,need to check before your enter room 2. the light room,not suitable especially you to make up.. 3. Channel tv is okay but tv seem bit problem 4. stair,please made one slide staircase for them that have luggage so that easier to slide luggage instead using stair

bathroom water outlet was clogged, i called reception and they sent handyman immediately, within 5 minutes. hot water running well, shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, mineral water and kettle were provided. air cond working well. food stalls and restaurant are available around within walking distance. near masjid jamek station.

would be happy if there is prayer mat provided ( or did i missed it? I could not find any )

The size of the room is spacious and cozy. The bed is comfortable and clean and the electrical appliances are all working.

The shower room condition can be further improved. I spotted pieces of peeled off tiles and the seal rubber also stripped off from the shower door. Mold also spotted on the tiles in the shower room. The room 206 is connected with the next room, so I could hear guests' voices.
