I love everything here and the service was really good. Not to mention all the friendly staffs and they were very helpful. Thank you very much. My family and I really love staying here. Definitely will stay here again.

The restaurant was in renovation, we're quite sad because of it. The breakfast we got in the room wasn't very good, perhaps buffet in a restaurant would be better.

People at the reception area were incredible friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed the spacious room. It felt incredibly homy and I could just relax and unwind on the sofa. The TV had a good selection of channels and the bed was very comfortable. Overall place was tidy and neat as well. The toilet was extremely big and relaxing in the bath tub was a wonderful experience.

The facilities at the hotel are adequate but nothing much to shout about. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. The breakfast venue is detached from the hotel but within the vicinity, the overall ambience of the place was very dark and food quality was sub standard.

Excellent location close to many food options and easy for grab pick up. 5 minute walk to Suria KLCC shopping centre, KLCC park, petrosains, aquarium, restaurants and stores. Short drive from other KL attractions. Excellent staff and service, super friendly and helpful. Convenience store downstairs opens at 7am and closes quite late at night. There is also a supermarket in Suria KLCC. Helped us with a late checkout given we had a midnight flight. Kids loved the pool

The 2BR apartment was spacious and great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is premium in the heart of KL, a couple of minutes away from the Petronas towers. We really enjoyed our stay.

1- The restaurant La Bodega in the hotel can do a lot better in terms of quality and choices. I do not recommend to have breakfast there. Better to leave the breakfast option open to go and eat outside. Great choices are in Suria KLCC just across the road. 2- The pool and sky lounge do not have a bar or beverages service on the 22nd floor. That was a kind of a disappointment as you would expect to have the beverages service to be part of the pool/hotel experience.

Although there are now several newer and more modern apartment hotels in Bukit Bintang/KLCC vicinity, I have always come back to stay at Ascott Kuala Lumpur. It’s very private, quiet and yet within walking distance to KLCC Shopping mall. The rooms are apartment size and furnished well. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I make use of the coin laundry facilities on Level 22 every evening. Reception/staff hospitality is warm and welcoming. Ascott is like a home away from home.

Located just across the road from the KLCC and Petronas Towers, it was easy walking to everything we needed. The rooms were incredibly spacious. The opportunity to open balcony doors added to the experience watching the thunder and lightening roll in as pert of monsoon rains. Staff were very helpful, kind and I felt very safe and welcomed. I found some gems of restaurants- Mandarin Oriental for breakfast, Aliraqi for lunch and Marinis for dinner. There's also cheap "hawker stalls" in the laneway walk behind the hotel. Siam bodyworks Thai massage just two blocks away.

Looks like management need to put more money into preventative maintenance eg at least 4 washing machines had faults and balconies were dirty. Jacuzzi on rooftop is not warm so there was limited opportunities for swimming if the day was cooler and overcast. Suggest utilising the pool area for a snacks and drinks stall.

Prime location, right opposite to KLCC and there is a pedestrian bridge with air con 3 mins walk from Ascott, where you can walk all the way to other prime malls including Pavilion. 2 min walk to Petronas Twin Tower. Room is super nice and usable. Best for travelers with family members requiring separate bedrooms. Parking fee is only RM10 per entry regardless how long you're parking there. Laundry facilities available.

Breakfast and hopeless, don't spend the money.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY BAD! It was in an another building, Old restaurant, smelly, bad food and definitely not a 5 star level! There were people getting sick because of the food!!!

BREAKFAST !!! Very bad! Travellers, please skip the breakfast , just 5 minutes walk in SURYA KLCC you will find plenty of great and affordable breakfast restaurant. like Coffee beans or BACHA koffee.
