We really enjoyed our stay here. Out of hours check in worked perfectly. We caught a grab taxi from the airport for 9myr (£1.50). The room was spacious, very clean, fabulous big comfortable bed. A desk, hanging space for clothes, good Aircon and a fan. Nice bathroom with hot shower. There is also a kitchen here which had all cooking facilities and also very clean. First morning - we were greeted at breakfast, which is downstairs at the café place underneath and served with tea/coffee and a selection of pastries which were delicious. Alex - our host was helpful and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

Never expected free breakfast,but the kopitiam never entertain us when we show the room key,just ignore us and continue their work.ask another staff point the finger to find the boss,ask third staff said u call the boss la.i check out early 630 boss didn't pick up phone. In such case,boss is very kind person,may be just cut the breakfast so people nothing to complain.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Large, clean room with ensuite bathroom. Large comfortable bed and soft bedlinen and pillows.
The property is under the flight path so a lot of noise from planes, however did not prevent us returning to the property a 2nd time at the end of our trip.

Alex was really kind. We had an amazing time. Perfect breakfast, all staff was friendly and we love it the Bao bread. The guesthouse is close to the city and also to the beach. We recommend this place.

Good location in Tanjung Aru, 10min walk to the beach, and 30-40min walk or 5-10min by Grab to e.g. Gaya street. Only met the host, Alex, briefly when checking in, but it worked out well. Room was spacious and comfortable too.
