Went out in the morning and came back at night and failed to open the locked door using an access card where then i have to go down to activate the card at the counter. I supposed to have no problem with that seeing i only check out tomorrow. Hope there will be improvements in the future

The emergency gate was terrible. Black out and the emergency gate was grilled. Staff couldn't find the keys until power supply was resumed.
