Grand Riverview Hotel

The location is good, the hospitality of the staffs simply awesome including doorman. Despite being old hotel, but the bed is comfy and view from room is great. WiFi connectivity is good and gym room is quite complete with equipments. Parking free too. My favorite hotel when in KB

Perhaps the breakfast menu should change. Nasi lemak is good but sambal a bit sweet to my liking but suits local. Coffee O is sweet. Would be great if there is coffee machine that brew fresh ground coffee..

Rooms were old but very well maintained. Service was a little slow but very friendly and warm. Housekeeping was excellent. We love that there's a bathtub in our room.

Perhaps if you want to charge for mineral water, you should at least provide the first 2 bottles free and then charge for extras. Upon checking in, there was no water given, my husband had to purchase them for RM2 each from the lobby. Room service food wasn't really up to expectations, I ordered Keropok lekor since I'm in Kelantan but it was really bad. Soundproof is a little poor, as I can hear what my neighbor was playing on TV even past midnight, and I have a toddler trying to sleep.

Location is very strategic in KB. My room got bathtub, got some toiletries without bathrobe. Aircond is super cold which no need to switch on. Maybe the hotel's aircond covering the whole room. Mattress and pillow quite comfy as well as got many mirror which is super important for a woman.

The furniture too old, it will be perfect if got new furniture for the room. Carpet quite dusty and no Qiblat direction or sejadah provided. Food for the sahur is limited and so-so.

My room is riverview. The hotel is near to pasar siti khadijah. Parking on site very easy to get. Although we did not get the breakfast package, it looked delicious.

Our room has Aircond that always tripped if overloaded. Had to call room service multiple times. However after few electrical tripped we managed to get new room without charged.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is great, easy access and in town. The sunset and river view is exceptional. Dedicated parking Water preasure is good Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room is a bit outdated. All window are lock, cannot open if feel stuffy Food is okay for sahur. Nothing fancy

The room was a good size and good view of the river. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant was nice.

The pool area was very run down and the water looked really murky and dirty so didn't go there, presuming it wasn't even open but listing didn't say it would be closed. Breakfast overpriced compared to all other hotels we've visited in Malaysia.

It is an old hotel but well-maintained. Located at the city and very close to DIY laundry. Easy to park inside the property. Room was clean and high pressure water. Air conditioner works great as well as the heater in the toilet.

Best to provide an iron inside the room.

The room was tidy and neat, it met my request for my anniversary's celebration. The bathroom was clean and the, basic toiletries was provided. However, just some comments on the breakfast, the food was considered ok fairly for a Malaysian.

I think the condensed smell in the corridor can be improved.

Room is spacious and the view is nice (if only the river is clean and clear). Hot water is available equipted with bath tub! kids love it. Breakfast has variety of food and always different everyday. We stayed 3 days and everyday offer different main dish.

The pool should be refurnished and include some slides. No pool towel provided.

The staff was really friendly. They greet you and are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Not smelly at all. Aircond cool. 🤭 Breakfast for me is good, got variety of foods to choose. Location of hotel near to Pasar Siti Khadijah and other attractions. Walking distance.

Room need thorough cleaning but it still clean for me.
