• Free basement parking with sufficient parking spaces. • Safety - it's as safe as you wish it to be. • Staff - restaurant staff, they are simply lovely and welcoming. They worked with great coordination an speed. The executive chef and GM were also at the dining hall to handle the crowds and hiccups • Breakfast - simple yet scrumptious. The food was replenished at great speed too. Was informed that the hotel is fully booked for the whole week. • Room - The cleanliness was impeccable

• Location - it's slightly out of the way but it's expected • Checking in - you need to be really patient. although we have expected the long wait from earlier reviews but due to our late request for all 4 rooms to be on the same floor, we got our last room at 10pm. When we checked in at 4pm+, we were only given 1 room. But to give credit to the staff, he made 2 trips to our room to deliver the room keys once the rooms are ready. • Checking out - you need to exercise patience before leaving the hotel too cause the housekeeping staff will check each room and inform the receptionist via a walkie talkie before you will be given the clearance to leave the premise.

- Location 20 min from the Genting highlands First world Hotel (by car) - Nice and clean hotel - Parking in Hotel + fast check-in - Clean, practical room with very good lighting and Power sockets in good places - Breakfast was good - This stay was exactly what we needed for our trip to Genting highlands

- We were very annoyed with the elevator sound. Constant double pinging whenever someone uses the elevator, we can hear the pinging from ground floor up to 10th. (all night long) This is such an easy fix... - Bed pretty hard TIPS: - *The entire area is a construction site, new buildings being build all over.* (This didn't bother us, we were on 10th floor so no noise from construction works. The elevator sound ruled the night.) - For a full hotel the breakfast area will be to small. - We came with a rental car. If you don't have a car, the walk to nearest shop is far!

bed is a bit hard but ok value for money

The price for one night including breakfast is worth the money. I really like the interior design of the hotel. Like a very new hotel. Especially the interior in the room with many mirrors and the bed is wide and very comfortable. I love the interior in the lemon cafe also. Very pretty. The breakfast is okay, love the food decoration. But the taste could be improved more. I had nasi lemak and it was kind of bland. But it is very rare for hotel to serve ice cream buffet in the morning. I think that is a plus point.

One thing that really need to improve is the water pressure bidet beside the toilet seat. It is very slow that you thought the water is going to stop anytime. The water temperature setting in the sink and shower are also weird because the more pressure the water is the more hotter the water. Brushing teeth and washing my face has become hard since the water is so hot the point of burning my skin. I read every bad comments are about location, yes it is a bit far inside with the construction going on. You can expect few potholes on the way to the hotel.

1) Location is fine as long as you are driving. Otherwise you need to request for hotel's shuttle bus service or call your own Grab. 2) There are sufficient restaurants around (within 2km) the hotel. 3) Rooms are clean and quiet. 4) Polite and friendly staffs. 5) Security guards were patrolling all the places (entrance, carpark and so on), therefore we were feeling secured during our stays.

1) There was already a clear signboard stating to wear proper swimming suit when entering swimming pool. However, there were still other guests wearing normal shirts and shorts when using the swimming pool, instead of proper swimming suit. A nearby security guard saw them but was not doing his job to stop those guests.

Breakfast was good, especially porridge with an interesting selection of condiments and they tasted really nice. The pool was good too, not crowded even on weekends, but there's a bicycle inside the pool (next to the gym glass window) which needs to be repaired. Parking was a breeze. The lift waiting time was reasonable. The room and the bathroom were clean, just that the pillows were a bit hard.

The location was a bit far from town. Other than that, it's all good.

Location on top no taxis or grab available

Room is very comfortable and clean. Sofa can pull out into a bed. Fits 2. Breakfast was a good buffet spread. Parking is very convenient and plentiful.

Check-in took almost half an hour. Location is not walking distance to anywhere. Outlet is around 15mins drive. Road to hotel is bad; no street light, unmarked speed bumps n multiple potholes due to various constructions along the road to hotel.

the staffs are friendly & helpful..the hotel is clean and comfy.

the rules at the pool were not enforced. lots of people swimming in wrong attires. some infants were swimming in diapers, some adults were swimming in baju melayu & lots of kids were swimming in pyjamas. it made me feel disgusted because its unhygienic for people to wear used clothes in the pool. the guard at the pool just ignored them. it was my first time experienced people swimming with diapers & baju melayu in a hotel pool.
