The location of this hotel. Easy access to the theme park, arena of stars, shopping mall and restaurants. The room is clean and beds are comfortable.

This hotel doesn’t provide own parking lots. Road signboards guiding to the adjacent hotel (resort hotel parking) parking lots are terrible. It’s not proper (can be half way missing signboards) and very confusing. For the first time travelers to this hotel, try setting ‘old town coffee house’ as gps location if looking for the nearest parking space to this hotel.

The room for 6 was just nice for 3 adults. Spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing as we could see the entire mountain scenery from our window. Just beside the theme park and Skyavenue. Superb location and hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Early check in was a breeze.

THE. TOILET. COULD. DO. SOME. PROPER. DOORS. As this was supposed to be a family friendly room, the doorless toilet with PARTIALLY FROSTED glass doors for shower and toilet cubicles did not help. It was super awkward.

Beautiful ambience with appealing design. The room may be small but its quite cozy and comfortable. There are lots of socket/charging points in the room. The children love the bunk bed. Theme park is nearby and quite convenient. Staff are quite friendly and approachable.

There’s only one toilet for a sixes room. Fortunately, there are separate doors for wc & shower area. There are no restaurant or food take-out at the hotel. Not even a vending machine. There are also no directions as to find food joints unless you ask the concierge. As we have an elderly with us, we find it quite a distance to walk to get food.

Location

Room too noisy. We could hear people walking n talking loudly in addition cars, motorcycles n buses engine sound from the window. The window blinds not to the size….. I would suggest to install sound-proof to the window for the ground floor.

The room design was cute and spacious. My toddler had ample of space to play with her ball. Water pressure is good too with working hot water. The view from the balcony was AMAZINGGG! A simple Playground can be found at the lobby - great for family with kids 2 - 6yo (Brought my daughter there almost daily for a quick play time). Location is great too as you do not have to worry about the rain - The Hotel 2nd level is link through sheltered walkway to the Outdoor themepark and mall (Where the Indoor Themepark is located)!

The pillows were not thick enough to my liking. Had to put double for my comfortability. No wardrobe provide - just hang clothes on the wall. No restaurant in the hotel so be sure to grab food before coming back to the hotel for those 'Night Hunger'. Our room was located far from the lobby and we had to walk quite a distance (Not suitable for people with leg problem).

Location and room. It was an easy walk to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The bunk style beds were loved by our two daughters. The room was comfortable and we are lucky being on the third floor in that we could use the escalator rather than the lift to go in and out. Four nights was the right length of time to stay. If we come back, then we will select this hotel again.

There was no door to the bathroom area which made for less privacy. The self check in didn't work for the second room key and we had trouble getting support as we arrived during peak time. Support was good though when we found it. The food in the local restaurants was mostly disappointing for such a major tourist destination.

Location, Excellent Staff, Interior, Cleanliness.

No Meal. Should at least offer simple breakfast.

Car parking a bit far... not so convenient for guests who have senior citizens n young children..

The room is spacious and clean. Although stated room for 2 adults, they provided 4 pairs of slippers, 4 towels and 4 bottles of drink, except for 2 sets of toothbrush. Overall it’s a comfortable stay. The water pressure for the shower head is strong and this is what you need after a day of shopping and rides. Wifi is strong too.

There is no sound proof, the sound outside your room can be heard clearly, plus the fan is very noisy and affecting my rest since I’m a light sleeper. Hotel is self checked in. But reception should assist with the check in if there is issue such as no room allocated during self checked in. I was made to queue 3x, moving here and there which is a waste of my time, especially when it was the peak hour.

Everything is well-equipped. Clean and bright. Worth for the money. Nice view and spacious. Staff are friendly and attentive.

There is dust or sand on the top bunk bed. I think it is the plaster ceiling that was broken with a hole and dropped these dust which wasn’t being noticed by the staff. The early morning prayer was very loud that I’m supposed to rest but got to wake up at 5am and waited til the chanting is over about 7am. If I’m being notified about this then I won’t stay overnight. Coz I can’t rest. The sound proof with next door or outside is quite bad coz whenever someone walks by or running in their room, we can hear it clearly. Especially when they close their doors. Also, the parking is next building which is quite inconvenient.
