Saifi Suites

The location is extremely central and convenient, but the real success at the Saifi Suites were the extreme helpfulness of the staff, who absolutely went out of their way at every turn to be helpful even for personalised tasks like helping book complicated taxi rides or trying to change flights. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with was beyond helpful and exceptionally friendly at every opportunity. If you are travelling for business, this place will make sure everything goes smoothly.

There is very little to dislike about this hotel, and anything that might be an issue comes from the nationwide issues with infrastructure not the hotel itself.

We loved the location its right in the middle of Beirut’s downtown town. Close to everything! The room was spacious and clean, and the Air Conditioning was very good in such a humid and hot weather if August in Beirut. We will definitely come back to this hotel as it was great value for money for a beautiful location.

If im honest the breakfast was a little lacking but nothing to be sour about. The served some pastries and some warm scrambled eggs with some cold cuts which were more than enough. One more minor discomfort was that we actually checked in very late at around midnights so when we requested a late checkout at 2pm the receptionist wouldn’t accommodate it even though she was very nice and polite but still it would have been a great gesture if they took into consideration our very late check in.

The superior room was very comfortable with two cooking hobs, a microwave, small fridge, and kitchware. Staff was available 24/7 and were happy to assist when asked. Room service was very efficient. Location was fantastic, with a small store (of petrol station) round the corner.

Hall carpeting and room floors were not very clean. Breakfast plates/bowls/tableware were not replenished efficiently. Staff at entrance door did not acknowledge guests entering/ help open the door even when with a pushchair.

EVERYTHING! I have been to Beirut many times, and this was my favourite place to stay so far, I could not rate this hotel more highly. The location is excellent, it is right in the middle of all the best of Beirut - Downtown, Saifi, Gemmayzeh, Mar Mikhael, Zaitunay Bay. The hotel staff were amazing, they helped with everything we needed so quickly and kindly, especially Haitham at guest services at the front desk. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the little kitchenette is a much-added bonus.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy and loud city. Nice large bathroom. Good wifi. There was an issue with my door and someone came up to fix it within five minutes.

Television would turn off after 20 min and wouldn't turn back on until the following day but I don't really watch TV so it didn't bother me.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and is walking distance from nice restaurants. The staff are very helpful and responsive. The property has a free parking which makes it very convenient and hassle free. Electricity runs 24 / 7. The hotel facilities and rooms are well maintained

The breakfast is very limited with food running out relatively quickly. While the rooms are clean, the furniture is getting old and needs refurbishing. Lastly, while the fitted carpet in the rooms’ hallways is clean, it is run down in most of the floors and needs to be replaces as a it repped in some places and stained in many others

-Very safe area with also easy access to the local restaurant area -Excellent cakes for breakfast -Staff are all super friendly and helpful, I think it is a huge plus point -Rooms are super clean

-It was mentioned on the booking site this facility is equipped with swimming pool but this facility doesn't have one. If that is what you are looking for, it may disappoint you -Breakfast is a bit average (except the nice cakes!)

the staff need to be more cooperative and friendly despite the economic situation in Lebanon. It shows that most of the staff are depressed and didn’t smile at all.

The hotel is in a great location, 5-10 minutes walking distance to historic sites like the Martyr's square, Saifi village and Gemayze. The staff were very helpful, especially the lady at the reception because she was always very polite. My initial room was on the 4th floor but I could hear traffic from the main road, which I didn't like. I complained to her and she kindly moved me to the top floor, which was very nice and quiet. Very clean rooms and comfortable stay. The breakfast was also nice.
