I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Kuwait This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much The staff at this property are all great ! from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please Regency hotel give your staff awards they deserve
The soundproofing between the rooms was not good. There is a disturbance between the connecting rooms, and this caused me a lot of inconvenience. I could not sleep and rest.

It's a very beautiful hotel, family oriented, classy, tidy, welcoming atmosphere, very polite and professional staff, and very helpful specially shihab he help us a lot sara and saber in concierge they were very nice the coffee shop staff and silkroad staff were so nice thanks everyone . Even the smell of the hotel is so special. I highly recommended it for families.

The staff were welcoming and kind, the room was great and view delightful, beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything was perfect.
The Regency is a classy hotel, we would have preferred to see a better tea selection in the mini bar service of the room. We suggest Delmah Black & Green tea options instead of Lipton Yellow Label.

The Regency is the place where you want to be for enjoying your special moments ,it's very quiet and comfort, everyone there wants to assist and look after their guests, from the moment i checked-in with shehab and irnst then we escorted to our room by Tamara . and Mohamed has delivered our luggages in few seconds with bright smile. Room view was amazing and breakfast very delicious and restaurant staff are very friendly.

We really enjoyed, it was pleasant stay, incredible atmosphere in outside area by the pools and the sea, staff are very friendly when you deal with them specially shehab upon checking in and check out he was so nice, the Egyptian waiter in the hotel restaurant Rajab he was very friendly too, thanks to everyone there.
