Comfort Inn & Suites SW Houston Sugarland

The location is excellent for closing to Highway 59 and Sam Houston Highway. The continantal breakfast with boiled eggs, coffee, tea, milk, fruits and juice are sufficient to start a day. The price was very reasonable. When I needed to change the date they were very nice to change it for me even though I bought the non-refundable room.

I would have liked for the staff to be able to connect Booking.com to more quickly resolve reservation issues.This maybe Booking.com issue, I’m not sure. Be able to communicate with each other on reservation issues,

No breakfast because of Covid restriction but that is understandable. The rooms are BIG with nice TV, desk chair, and desk. The bed was very comfortable, and room very nice overall. The girl at front desk was very nice, helpful and personable. Easy check-in and no complaints.
