Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fayetteville I-95, NC

The staff were so lovely. The room was large and light. Plenty of storage and a good aircon unit. Regular cleaning in the room. Breakfast was good, certainly all that we needed and it was included in the price. We loved that coffee, juice & fresh cookies were available 24/7. My husband gets up around 430am and could go down and watch TV and drink coffee and let me sleep. In short, we were very happy there for our 10 night stay and will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast area a little bit small.

The great staff, to include housekeeping and support, make this place a wonderful place to stay. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful as needed. Note that Cindy at the front desk is a sparkling gem! The hot breakfast service (best I have experienced) and complimentary hot beverages and cookie selection make for an ongoing welcome. It is visible that an effort is made to keep this hotel clean. Cleanliness is the first review I seek when booking. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Just a little extra attention to some details would take this rating to a ten. The cleanliness overall is very good. Ensure the desks, tables, bed skirts in rooms are cleaned too. A quick check to make sure hot foods are warm for those that eat later in the morning would be good. Using gloves during all stages of food prep, even to prepare food products for refrigeration and storage after delivery, is a safe practice for all.

Breakfast was very good. Your emplyee Angela was exceptional. She kept everything clean and orderly. She went out of her way to help me. I am disabled and appreciated everything extra she did.

That the roll away bed i asked for wasnt in the room and i had to go to the desk to request it again. Also i had received a text confirming it would be there and there would not be an extra charge. The front desk told me that was wrong and i would be charged. Then when i checked out it wasnt charged, at least as far as i know. Very confusing.

I love the hotel and the location. There are restaurants within walking distance. It appeared to be a safe location. The hotel was clean and provided snacks throughout the day.

The lady who checked me in was unfriendly, impatient, and not nice at all. She didn't care because I travel from out of town and with children. Her nasty response was to go to the Sleep-In next door. She was very rude.

This was a great stop for our trip down I-95. We arrived in the area around 8 pm and there was a Ruby Tuesday's right across the road where we were able to have a nice dinner after a very long day. Our room at the Country Inn was huge with a nice sofa and king bed. The room was really amazingly huge! The bath room was clean and large with excellent shower pressure. Had excellent cable TV channels (I've discovered some hotels are very stingy with their cable TV and have mostly sports which we don't watch.) Breakfast was good although not a huge selection - scrambled eggs, sausage, toast/bagel/muffin, apples/bananas, fruit cocktail, cereal, and really spectacular waffles (according to my husband.) Coffee was good and the woman taking care of things was friendly and kept everything tidy and replenished.

The sink area in the room was cramped and not well lit. If I was picky about my make-up I'd have been upset. A better light bar would help.

Susan was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Breakfast was so much better than we thought it would be. The room was clean and fresh smelling, not stale, and the mattress was so comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The 24 hour set up for coffee and cookies in the lobby was the cherry on top. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle, but still great access to dining. We will definitely be returning!

Bed was comfortable, air/ventilation really good. Breakfast was excellent. Price was reasonable- good value. Location was easy on/off to Interstate 95. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Elevators were smooth, quiet and fast.

Would suggest dusting/cleaning baseboards more frequently

The breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety. Really appreciated the hard boiled eggs and english muffins. Very nice front desk staff. Easy access to the freeways. Wide variety of ways to get the hotel from different parts of the city.

The scrambled eggs and omelet are rubbery.

Convenient, clean. Staff courteous and work to ensure sanitary conditions. Beds are comfortable. Families appeared to enjoy accessibility of pool. Close to restaurants and interstate but far enough off of road to ensure quiet, restful stay

Pool is indoors and directly off of lobby. Smell of chlorine assails you anytime you enter first floor. I have asthma and the smell was the one negative aspect of the stay. The other was I needed to extend my stay and there was no way on booking.com to extend checkout date. I tried rebooking reservation and checking in on check out date with new check out date. Kept getting no availability which was not accurate. Hotel staff had to extend my stay for me. Booking.com needs to gave a way for you to extend your stay if needed without hassle.

Stellar experience hear and great price at an ideal location near to the airport and downtown Fayetteville. Friendly and very supportive staff who ensured my comfort and catered to my every need. I am so grateful for them and how resourceful the staff was. Will be staying again with my family next visit.
