Rose, the attendant who checked us in, was amazing!!! She was super patient with us as we looked for a way to pay for the deposit that we were unaware of and very friendly. The check out process was really convenient as we were able to do so via email. The chapel was awesome and the staff performing the ceremony were amazing as well!

There was no fridge or microwave which would have been useful. The deposit was not mentioned prior to booking and that would have been helpful to know beforehand. My daughters room didn’t have any soap or water bottles. Check out time is a little early.

The property needs to be updated with new appliances in rooms and pool area not clean at all ... The hotel was not worth the cost and needed to be clean a tidbit better 😒😏

Faultless, from allowing me an early check-in to the staff on reception and the spacious spotless room. Ideal location on the strip!

Good experience overal. Location, cleanliness, and view was good.

Would have been better if we had dining options in the hotel. I didn't like the fact that there was no breakfast or dining available in the hotel. The staff was slow in addressing the needs too. We asked for toilet paper at night and got it the next morning after calling and asking again.

Shuttle bus was advertised when we booked, and when we got to the airport we had to get a taxi to the hotel!

Location is ideal Room is large and spacious Always clean Ample car parking and its Free you can come and go as you please with no ticketing.

0nly minor issue I have is that the front desk only had 2 staff when we checked in. When you travel a great distance and all you want to do is check-in and rest, it is not ideal to be waiting 15-20 mins just to check-in when you have already paid for the room in advance and all that is needed to get done is to put down a deposit and get the room keys.

The room itself was nice and big, with a very comfortable bed. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room which is fairly standard these days but I guess the lack of one forces you to go and buy a coffee in Starbucks. The location was great, right on the strip. I agree with other reviewers that the decor seems a bit dated but I thought it added to the charm of the place.

The lack of facilities in the room like a kettle or a fridge is frustrating. The shower was fairly low-grade as well.

Loved the Tropicana. It is of course a casino but there’s something less “in your face” than other big hotels with casinos.

Would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room, there is a Starbucks downstairs but so much less convenient. Also with the current Aust dollar exchange rate a late costs Australian $10.00 (with tax and a tip),

It was quiet. The hotel rep was able to find 1 of my rooms when there was a mix up of my first and last name. I booked 2. She also got us rooms that were together. I also lile the fact that we can just Check out with the drop box, however, probably due to covid, there were no pen available so I had to go wait in line to get a pen which then the lady just checked me out of my rooms. There wasn't much to do in this hotel so I can't say I like it, but I dont hate it either.

I didnt like that all the restaurants in the hotel was closed. Only Starbucks was open but it didn't open for late hours. We also stayed at the very end of the tower so we always had to walk all the way to the front to get picked up by uber/lyft. The pool was the issue too. Hours were only 10am-5pm. I wished it had open until 7pm or 8 pm because we always got back late to our hotel room and it would be nice to jump in the pool after walking in the hot sun. Also, that day was super windy that my chair literally flew away with my starbucks drinks and my mask flew away so we walked back to the hotel with no mask on. Maybe provide masks at the pool for those whose mask does fly off.
