Location was awesome hotel staff was the bomb

Music went on all night long had a little bit of trouble with the shower

Beautiful and sexy room. The decor was nice and there was this long quote everywhere that my sister and I really loved. We could use the pools at the Flamingo next door and Caesars across the street for free. The Flamingo's pool was WILD. Not our vibe, but super fun looking! The pools at Caesars were calmer, which we appreciated.

To use the pool at the Cromwell we would have had to pay a resort fee. We were happy to walk next door or across the street to access a free pool.

Clean and friendly. The casino is small and very well kept, didn't stink like smoke like other casinos/hotels and I was pleased with the room.

Really bad food options in the hotel, no room service, no breakfast except for the poor quality deli counter. The pool was not accessible on weekends without paying a $35 fee as it turns into a dance club. I wish that had been noted more prominently as that was a surprise to me upon arrival. I feel staff kept directing me over to the Flamingo and Ceasers for what I was wanting and my thought is - why didn't I just stay at one of their other properties? This place desperately needs a cafe that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Bathroom was gorgeous. And so was the hallway design with romantic lighting. Drais beach club is beautiful. Front desk staff were super kind and nice they even saw how unhappy my 1st day stay was. And offered to comp me free of charge 2nd night if i checked out 1 day early. I agreed and manager megan approved.

I expected more from the room. For instance. Lighting in room was extremely poor. View from room would’ve been spectacular if it wasn’t such a small and only window. The bartender at drais was extremely rude sarcastically with indirect gestures and answers with attitude. But i still tipped him which i wish i hadn’t. I never got my refund from booking.com for the 2nd stay even though it was promised to me by megan (mngr @ Cromwell) that it will be comped free. No cancellation fee. And refund second night. This is awful.

strip, easy to get to the room no hike!

said was a strip view room! er only if you squint and class the side of the flamingo hotel as the strip - get an even number room is the key!

I like the intimacy of the hotel. And as soon as you walk out, you are right on the strip.

The furniture is dated in the rooms, lots of wear and tear.

The room was too dark…even with a couple of lights on and the curtains open. Need better direction to the pool. Called down to guest services from our room to get directions so we didn’t go through the lobby in our swimsuits. Was told to take the elevator to the roof to access pool and we wouldn’t need to go through the lobby. Took elevator to 8th floor but no pool. Went to the front desk and was told to go to the other corner of the hotel to the Arias Beach Club to access the pool. Actually needed to go to the club entrance across from hotel elevator and then got “wand” searched in the middle of the day to access pool.

The room was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!! Comfortable and just relaxing!

The pool wasn't open which was A MAJOR disappointment and Giada's was just okay not the greatest as I hoped. The food is average at best. The bellhop gave excellent history about the building and other inside information. It was a great just no penthouse pool. We did have access to other casino property's pool (Bally's, Cesaer's & Flamingo) but would have LOVED THE CROMWELL POOL....We'll DEFINATELY will come back!

Overall, very positive experience. We enjoyed the Giada hotel and spent the day at the Drais pool. Beautiful views, plenty of food/bar options. Limited shade options, but the staff was very accommodating. It was not very busy due to being a weekday.

The food/drink prices are pretty high but that was anticipated. A tip was automatically added to the bill - 24% if I recall.

This was a great hotel to stay in for my first trip to Vegas. It had a very intimate boutique feel to it which I love. The location was in the middle of the strip where everything is accessible to you. I honestly don’t feel the need to ever stay anywhere else when I travel back to this beautiful city.
