DoubleTree by Hilton Las Vegas Airport

Comfortable, clean, quiet and away from the strip but close enough to be a short 5 min drive away.

Parking fee in addition to lodging charge $10 per night. I didn't notice this when I made the reservation. I'm don't recall it being noted. I prepaid my room, so I had to pay additional at check-in for parking. I personally thought this was unessesary. The parking lot was about 1/2 filled overnight. The hotel is away from the strip where parking fees are expected. However, those hotels allow validated parking if a customer. With the hotel being away from other facilities, there are no other options for parking.

I appreciate being able to make arrangements to leave my car until I returned from my trip. I had 2 drivers on the shuttle to and from the airport. I can only remember one name though. One of them was Paul. They were both very helpful and polite, and I appreciated very much. The staff upon check-in-and check out polite and professional. Thank you.

The AC fan was noisy - had to shut off AC In the morning, woke up at 6AM to load construction/ noise from outside

The hotel description on the web described transportation to/from the Tropicana (Hilton). There were only three trips available 4PM, 7PM and 10PM. at 7PM we tried to get transportation from Tropicana to Double-Tree and didn't call in time. Ended up having to take Uber in both directions

I liked that the staff were very welcoming, it was very clean. My daughters enjoyed the pool even though it was chilly the pool was warmed and perfect. Great stay!

The ONLY issue was, only one elevator was working at the time so it would take forever to wait for the one that was working to get to us.

The room was clean, attractive and very comfortable. The soap and lotion was of high quality and we liked having a fridge in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and we loved having a free ride to and from the airport. Also, the sitting area in the lobby was very lovely. We also loved that is was quiet and away from the noisy strip. We were in town for a funeral, so the quiet was nice. Overall, excellent place to stay.

It wasn't explained to us that we had to request a room cleaning, so we were disappointed when the room didn't get cleaned.

Aside from the booking.com vendor's neglect in forwarding the information about my paying extra for buffet/breakfasts daily, your exemplary employee Ken took care and ensured myself and grandkids got our meal! I have one small concern and that was the hand sanitizer machine was not replenished on my floor(3) near the elevator and I called around 10pm asking for a battery for our remote. A nice young man brought the batteries-but there was a screw locking it in so we called and he picked it up, but never returned with the remote. Again, outside of this, "EVERYONE" I met was super pleasant. I will return to stay again.

I liked the quick check-in and checkout process. I also enjoyed a clean and quiet room.

The bed could have been more comfortable. Also, the bathroom could have benefited from having a fan to reduce humidity and odor. Furthermore, the bathroom would have been better if it had better lighting.

Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The fresh cookies - a wonderful addition. And we had a ride to the airport- we scheduled it and the driver was right on time.

All was fine

We had breakfast two mornings and both times the omelets were big and delicious! Our server, Deanna, was very attentive and friendly. Our room was very clean. I did quite a bit of research before choosing this hotel. I wanted a hotel with NO resort or parking fees, but with great reviews on cleanliness, due to the virus. I’m glad I chose this hotel.

One thing. Why is the handicapped parking at the very end of the lot instead of as close to the front door as possible? My 83 year old mother, who walks with a walker had to walk all the way down. I also am handicapped and found it surprising to find how much further I had to walk then non handicapped people. Maybe you could redo your spaces?

Staff was very accommodating with shuttle service to airport, to car rental, and to bus station. Sven was always a great help. The chocolate chip cookies and water was a fantastic touch!

The restaurant, for dinner was not that good. The staff was great though.
