Conrad Las Vegas At Resorts World

Beautiful resort very modern and clean staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pool opens at 11 am (check out time) and closes at 4pm (check in time) I think this extremely unfair,You basically have to stay two nights to ever step foot in the pool.Bookings also shows an indoor pool which turns out was a spa and a whopping $200 a person to get in.Also the parking lot is on the opposite end of this huge resort and takes two elevators and alot of walking through the casino to get there which is time consuming and exhausting.

The rooms are super comfortable and a great size - the strip view makes it v. special too. The resort itself has a lot of great things to get involved in: a fab food market and the gym is also fantastic. The reviews on this place when we were booked were hit & miss, but we honestly loved our stay. It’s worth downloading the app to help with your check-in, as you can skip the queues.

Room was well appointed and bathroom was gorgeous. The central bathtub was a standout. Floor space was excellent. Baggage and Valet service was exceptional. We love the Resort World Food Court and the restaurants. All Staff very friendly.

Housekeeping was terrible. On check-in, we waited for our adjoining room to be cleaned for >2 hours and then we had to change rooms entirely because they said the room would not be cleaned in 6 hours. Second set of rooms had small issues that were annoying: Bathroom sliding door had a gap that allowed a clear view. Blackout curtains didn't close the last 6 inches. The room key cards were faulty and needed replacement numerous times to work the elevators. We tried to call through the automated system to report all of these issues and were on hold for >20 minutes before we just hung up. Really annoying.

Fabulous brand new hotel on the far end of the strip. Modern, clean, great staff and amenities. The Jacuzzi (and bimini bar) was open in December!!! Huge thumbs up there.

The room safe wouldn't open and the room was missing a chair. These issues were never resolved even after 3 reminders. Not a huge deal but room for improvement there.

Two families of 4 traveling together. The rooms are spacious and clean. We waited to be placed on the same floor; it was nice that they could accommodate us despite the long wait. The mall connected to the hotel was nice. seems to have lots of food options, though we didn’t eat there.

The pool closes at 4PM so couldn’t use it after a day of activities. Would have been nice if our teens could have some pool time at the end of the day. Somewhat far from the main strip which was nice on the one hand but inconvenient for activities.

Only one pool is open during winter and it is very small and over crowded. very disappointing.

Breakfast at The Kitchen restaurant was very good; i was happy with my waiter's professionalism, until he tried to blame me for the order he got wrong (he insisted i had ordered what i absolutely knew i had not).

When i went to the concierge to tell her that i needed more time to get ready for checkout, she told me to take it up with the reception desk. The only problem was there was huge queue of people waiting to checkout, which would probably have taken me past checkout time. Catch 22. When i explained this to the concierge, she made a call, and was told that i could not have checkout extended, without paying a penalty. This sort of infuriated me, because i had hurt my back that morning, and needed more time to checkout. (Eventually however, i made a call from my room, complained strenuously, and got a free extension).

it was new and fairly walkable. lots of eateries to select from. parking was free and convenient.

they tried to charge us resort fee even though we had paid it through booking and showed it to them. Had to go through a process to get the resort fee waived…was a hassle and a headache. then at check out we were charged for one night even though we paid everything in full through booking.com and showed them our bill from credit card statement. Girl who helped us said she can only print out a blank paper in the end for proof on their end after everything said and done. So my husband made note in case we had to dispute additional charges. Also, there was a charge at the bar …but we do not drink at all and never went to the bar so that was weird and was taken off. Have to be very vigilant of all changes despite the great experience at hotel.

Gorgeous property--had only been open about 6 weeks when I stayed, so EVERYTHING was brand new (it even smelled new). Stayed in the Conrad--lovely room with all the standard amenities--reasonably priced--had a Strip view, no extra charge. If you require a wider array of upscale options for your stay; I would probably recommend the Crockfords over the Conrad (there are 3 tower options--Hilton, Conrad, & Crockfords)--larger rooms, suites--also has villa options. Personally, I would choose the Cosmopolitan or Signature over the Conrad because of the suite amenities--larger room, kitchenette, jacuzzi, balcony, etc. However, Resort World is on par with all of the other 4/5 star hotels on the strip. Fantastic dining options--something for every palate. DO NOT overlook the Food Court. YES, I said the Food Court. No, this is NOT the food court at your local mall (no Sbarro or Manchu Wok). There are some very elevated, refined dining options--great to grab something on the go. Had a great time at Zouk, the night club. It was packed Saturday night but service was surprisingly efficient. On par with the other hot clubs on the Strip. LOVED the drone/light show at night over the Strip (kind of like the Summer Olympics)--VERY COOL. Not sure how often they do it--only saw it 1 night during our stay

It's on the far north end of the Strip (down from the Trump & Encore, but before you get to Circus Circus), so you're away from the action in the heart of the Strip The self parking lot by design feels like it's about 1/4 mile from the property. It is a hike, particularly in the 100 + degree heat of summer. Definitely, opt for the valet parking.

cleanliness level does not stand for a 5 star level? it was very dirty and dusty inside the room . artwork on the walls and bed headboard had layers of dust. Another big problem no room service. yes they offer the app which is very limited and would not work for me as it work only require USA phone number and ep t take in my Canadian mobile 🤷🏼‍♀️.
