Temptation Cancun Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As being a solo traveler it was nice that most of the other guests were very inclusive. I was in building 11 and my room was both comfortable and private. I will certainly be coming back.

I would say my only complaint was the water temp. For the shower which never got warm. Also, a friend that I met at the resort said his shower wayer temp fluctuated from scolding hot to really cold.

Food was great. You can get food any time you want. If you want to sleep longer you will not miss breakfast because the buffet is open all day. We stayed in jacuzzy room with garden view. The jacuzzy was super bonus. We used it a lot. Definitely worth to stay there at least for few days. Great party, nice people. Very good memories.

Our booking included bottle of sparkling wine in room upon arrival and daily turndown service with petit fours. The bottle of wine was not in our room. After reminder staff bring the bottle to our room. The daily turndown service with petit fours - we havent get that as well. But those small thing could not make our stay less excellent.

Staff was really nice and property was clean. I only stayed one night but I wasn’t able to eat any dinner after finding out a collar shirt was $220 usd. Dress code is strict.

Items in the store were severely overpriced. Forgot to pack a collar shirt so I went to buy a shirt but it was $220 usd at the gift shop.

This is a resort, so the breakfast is a la carte. The food at the restaraunt that is connected directly to the resort is not that great. You have to upgrade your package and experience the restaurants that are not attached to the resort.

I disliked the food. There was plenty of variety but not executed and seasoned well. The drinks seemed watered down as well. As if the liquor that was provided was diluted with water.

Man, where do I start?! I came with a group of gfs for the hell of it and This resort EXCEEDED my expectations to say the least. I had a very nice time and I was a first-timer! The wonderful people you meet, the people watching/EYE CANDY, the VIBE, the activities and dining/drink options offered, to the friendly hospitality I received -I am very big on customer service and quality! You get what you pay for here. The spa/ front desk staff even resolved a mix up for my massage in a professional matter once they saw how adamant I was about miscommunication between their staff about my booking! I do not get room serviced on the duration of my stays often for privacy - so I did not have any issue with theft or feeling unsafe. But, my requests (towels, new sheets, etc.) were provided swiftly by my housekeeper and always with his sweet smile and greeting. The bell boy arriving gave me a nice tour of my room and how to access/work controls and the bell boy leaving got me a taxi swiftly to make my flight. The food waiters and bartenders are attentive and sweet too. Remembered my fav drinks a few times. FYI- I tip well. You always get treated better by having a little heart :). I left with new girlfriends for future trips :). I partied the night away until my early flight in the AM - no sleep ! SO WORTH IT- for at least one time ! Please go and enjoy.

The location to more Cancun attractions/hot spots (malls, markets, etc.) could have been closer, but that is nothing a $1 bus ride or taxi - if you want to spend more, cant fix :). The beach had a lot of seaweed and mini rocks that are rough on your feet.

The hotel was nice and sexy. I loved my room. The food was good and the staff was nice. I had a little issue with the room they assigned us to at check in, but Alan was able to switch our room with a few accommodations.

My only issue was the dj. I felt that he didn’t really play enough music to accommodate all nationalities. Don’t get me wrong, I can party with all types of music but it seem as if he only played about 6 hipped songs the whole night and every night, and it seem as if it was the same songs. Need more hip hop music.

Adult atmosphere was fun. Great day time entertainment. Beach, while small, was quiet and relaxing. The service around the resort was above average throughout our stay.

Facilities are a little run down, but not terrible. Food was bland, but we read that ahead of time. Overall, it was as expected after reading reviews prior to coming.

temptations is great all round, it does what it says on the label- Adults only. the food was exceptionally good (i am very wary when it comes to food at all inclusive resorts, but this hotel the quality was excellent. the drinks were really good too, not your usual watered down crap you get in cancun. the pools were great, and exceptionally clean. the pool show setup was cool, very interactive, and kept people busy throughout the day. the beach front area was also really clean, powder sand, available chairs, and the water was crystal clear. check in was pretty quick, considering the high volume of people arriving. overall its an exceptional hotel, and has a pretty high standard overall. i just didnt give it the full 5 star like because of the matress confort, but asides from that, i will be going back to visit temptations for sure.

the room we were in had a open shower ( it was part of the decor which was nice) however , any time we showered , it was a pool of water on the floor when you got out. the other thing was the matress, not comfortable at all. lastly, but you kind of expect it, is excessive noise in the middle of the night with peolpe screaming and slamming doors. while we are all having fun and getting drunk, i think some people forget common sense eith other guests at the hotel

Staff was friendly.

There was something similar to a timeshare presentation that was presented at the beginning of our stay. Spent hours listening. Room was too dark and cold. Unable to open shades without everyone outside seeing inside the room. Room was also a bit small. Narrow beach strip.

The rooms are so beautiful and the staffs did an amazing job.Love the night activities.

The food was too salty. It was consistent and i think they should reduce their salt.
