Hotel Ibis Cali Granada

I came to Cali to pick up a new puppy. When I had an issue with the airline for his travel, I was reccommended this hotel which allowed dogs. The room was great for us, and the security and reception was super helpful with rappi deliveries and ordering taxis.

Nothing really, but if I had to pick something, I would ask for a more comfortable space for the "pets allowed" area in the dining room. The high traffic area located in front of the elevator is a bit distracting for a pet to settle in.

I absolutely liked everything about the property. I thought that the offerings of the breakfast buffet were excellent and I also liked the convenient hours of the restaurant for being able to have lunch and dinner on-site.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the property. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The staff is amazing at hotel Ibis, they truly treated our family as an extension of each of their own. One family member got sick and they went above and beyond for us, will always be grateful for this detail. Excellent location, delicious food. 24 hour lounge area is perfect for late night work time or gatherings. This is our hotel to stay at when visiting Cali.

The hotel room was quite small, but the layout was incredibly well-planned. We didn't feel cramped at all and there was room to move around in. My husband is almost 2 meters tall, so we were quite impressed.

The hotel room is more than adequate for a solo traveler, couples with not much luggage, and backpackers. We had 2 big suitcases and there was hardly enough room for us to open our luggage and take out our clothes. One of us had to stay on the bed or in the bathroom.

I liked all the facilities of the hotel, the quality is really good, but what I liked most was the service especially the woman called Sara who speaks very good english which is not very common in colombia. She was very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back to Ibis!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, staff is super nice, and it was just an overall great experience. You cannot beat the price either which was also a plus and the food at the restaurant was also awesome. I definitely recommend.

The rooms aren’t huge and know that can be a deal breaker for some, it wasn’t for me because it was just an overall nice hotel.

For the price I paid, the bed was comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. It was located very close to various restaurants and malls as well as touristic spots.

The floor of my room was a little dirty but the room in general was clean and you could tell that they were following the biosecurity measures required.

Location and value

It could be a little cleaner and breakfast and Coffee were mediocre, bad quality. Definetely needs improvement. for $23000 COP you could get a better quality breakfast. Not quantity, but quality.
