Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

the hotel was beautiful, clean and gorgeous. the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. thanks to all of you - it was an unforgettable stay :)

the beach access was really far and for the closest route, we had to walk through quite a dirty sand alley next to some building works.

I really enjoy our staying at the Movenpick Hotel! We had breakfasts and dinners, they were enjoyable, delicious and the fish every morning was stunning! The service was perfect, everyday cleaning service with changing fresh bed sheets, thank you so much! Only one little disadvantage - I didn't find small dumbells for girls at the gym, only four kg was the smallest, and no bodybars, but the hammam was perfect and hot temperature! It was unexpected surprise when Hotel presented to us vouchers for Movenpick ice-cream for the whole family! If we return to Dubai soon we will definitely back to the Movenpick hotel Jumeirah Beach <3

Location is extremely perfect. The personnel is very friendly and highly responsible. They really want to fulfill every need of the client!

On the opposite side of the hotel is a construction side. If the windows of the room face the see, it's a bit noisy even in the night

The staff were so lovely, very attentive. We was called daily to ask if we needed anything or what more they could do for us which was going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this place.

the chocolate hour was great… the breakfast was great… the room was good… the location was great… the room service was good…

The room cards stopped working from the next day… had to go down twice and get it activated… the receptionist instead asked us why we haven’t checked out yet when were not supposed to check out that day… and the full payment was deducted by card for 4 nights during check in.. the bathroom hand basin waste coupler was closed after room clean…

Not the first time in this hotel as it is a very nice option in this area.Comfortable beds ,nice bathroom,very nice breakfast,polite & helpful stuff,good location close to bars ,restaurants ,the beach and shops.

Just for improvement,coffee machine in the rooms would be very nice!Also maybe a glass divider too between the room and bathroom area ,not just the wooden shutters would be better...

Very clean and high quality beds/furniture in the room. Staff were great and it located perfectly in the middle of JBR. Great access to the public beach and to the cafe/restaurants around JBR.

If you plan to visit other places than JBR it might not be the best idea to stay on JBR, like this hotel is located. Exiting JBR in a car can take some time if you leave during peak periods.

We liked the fact that we could buy breakfast and it was discounted. The range of breakfast was very good. They gave us access our room when we arrived at 10am even though we were not allowed until 3pm. The location is excellent, close to the beach, all the restaurants and the Dubai Marina. The staff were very helpful, big thanks to Ashish and Mirza. Also, the staff found an alternative location within the hotel where my under age sons could watch football because they were too young to be in the sports bar.

The shower could have been better is terms of flow of water and controls around the temperature.

Staff especially the Filipinos were very friendly in the bar and restaurants. Mona on front desk very helpful in agreeing to late checkout. Grateful that had a room available for very early check-in Happy hour in the bar 12 to 9pm, around 29AED a pint. Good choice at breakfast The beach bag with towels and beach mat is very useful.

No fault with the hotel, but be aware lots of building work adjacent to hotel. The sea views from the hotel rooms are steadily reducing due to new buildings in front of them.
