i came with my friend at same date for work purposes. but she was with her husband and for me i was with my father. however, the treatment was different between us. at first day they send her a fresh baqlawa and last day they send her pancakes with we will miss you message but from my side I didn’t received anything.

From the moment I booked my stay until I left the property, the entire staff was extremely welcoming, respectful, helpful, and detail-oriented. Every person I interacted with showed the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. At the Segreta restaurant, Chef Tamara's salmone scottato is a must-try! The establishment itself is conveniently located in downtown Amman. The interior decor is a balanced blend of eastern and western influences that create a high-end, intimate atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable and sound-proof. I also had the pleasure of attending a wedding celebration at the enchanting Astor ballroom. The event was beautifully organized and catered in-house with a generous and varied buffet selection.

I had an overall great experience. I didn't even mind that the weather was heavily rainy and foggy (end of January), it gave me an excuse to stay in and enjoy the property all the more!

Breakfast was excellent, butler service was excellent, we stayed 3 nights and there were no baklava or fruits in our room, we checked out and returned after 1 night from wadi rum, stayed 1 more night and that room had 3 peaches and a wooden box with baklava. Loved the vip service on arrival, opening of our car doors, shopping bags brought up to our room

Stayed 3 nites in room 1608 and the shower and toilet glass doors were extremely stiff to open or close. Spoke to the butler service about it, but it was never rectified

Everything! Staff is amazing and make it easy to feel good. The suite was super nice and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice massage and spent some time at the Pool. In the evening we had a wonderful dinner at tamara restaurant. Ebrahim perfectly took care for us and selected for us the perfect dishs from the menu. We loved it! Further, I would like to highlight that the prices for Drinks and food are fair (we stayed before in other 5 Stars Hotels in Jordan and were a bit shocked about the high prices especially for drinks). I can fully recommend St Regis!!!

Unfortunately the spa area was closed so that we could not try it. It must be nice!

I liked most of the services and spaces. I had the best massage in my life. The Segreta restaurant was the best. The food was a piece of art and very tasty.

A restaurant in the hotel that served sea food. The fish was not fresh , the salad I asked for it wasn't as is was written in the menu. They offer a kind of big Shrimps I didn't tried to eat ..their look was like plastic and they were burned too much. They didn't charged me anything...even if I suggested to pay for what I asked to eat.

Our very first time in Jordan and we can confidently say the St. Regis is literally the BEST hotel we’ve stayed in, hands down! Upon check in, SAFI and AHMAD from room service outdid themselves. It was a birthday trip for us and they totally made it a memorable experience! SAFI called every single day to check in with us from day one till day 8 we checked out, he always made sure we were really good! I think he deserves an AWARD in hospitality. Mohammed sugar and Ahmed Abu Khadijah from housekeeping, where do I even start from? One of the best managers I’ve ever met in my life is AHMED ABU KHADIJAH- I think he needs a promotion- because of his amazing hospitality and customer service, we even extended our stay. He made sure we were properly taken care of in our room. Omg! MAIS from (concierge) such a sweet soul! She lighted up my spirit anytime I saw her at the lobby, she’ll make sure you’re REALLY GOOD! Ask for MAIS whenever you’re in this hotel she’s AMAZING! Whatever you need, MAIS will take care of it in a heartbeat! She’s one of the reasons I’ll definitely come back to this hotel. Lastly, Mohammed from zennith restaurant, Mohammed tohami, ABDEL RAHMAN/MOHAMAD ABU AISHA. All these people made our stay very unforgettable! We would never forget this experience, they’ve made a mark in our lives and We’ll always cherish those moments forever!

beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable. the staff are attentive and kind and the food is good.

our only complaint is that when we checked out we asked that the breakfast we had purchased for the day after our arrival (when we arrived late at night), be taken off the bill since we never made it to breakfast. the staff member told us he “would try” but then we we received the final copy of the invoice by email, it had not been removed. we have written to the hotel but have not received any response, otherwise I would have given it a perfect score.

Enjoyed dinner and a cocktail with the views of Amman. -The complimentary peaches, chocolates and popcorn in the room. -Breakfast was amazing. So much options. The red velvet croissant is delicious. Never tried a flavoured croissant like it before. -Definitely a treat. -Amazing retreat in the Middle East.

We were on the 14th floor. The room was perfectly proportioned, designed and maintained. We loved the tasteful art deco styling throughout the hotel. Food and service at the roof top restaurant Zenith was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a slight mix up with our luggage being brought to the room, but this was soon fixed once we called, and we were given a complimentary ride into town as recompense.
