The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Biggest thing was that they helped fill out the paperwork for us to ship our luggage to the next location. It was seamless. They also spoke fluent English, which also made us feel at ease when we had questions. The room itself was modern and had a chill anesthetic, bed was comfy, network was pretty strong, shower pressure was perfect. We had the deluxe standard and it was just fine overall. It was your standard japanese room size, so if you go in knowing that you won't be disappointed. We had 2 carry on luggage and was only really able to open one, so gotta be strategic on that. The restaurant located on the first floor was linked to the hotel, so breakfast was served there. It was great and worth the additional cost. It is generally an Italian restaurant, but we didn't take advantage of it. However, like the hotel it had a very chill and nice vibe. Location was just a short block away from the main Akihabara street, which was cool. The closest convenient store was at less than a 3 min walk. It was also close to the stations, approximately 5-8 mins away depending. We would stay here again in the future.

Location, location, location! If you happen to be in Akihabara for merchandise and shopping purposes as we were (short 1.5 day "layover"), it is important to have a base nearby to quickly offload your haul and get back out there for some more! That is what Nohga Hotel Akihabara will provide for you. Located a right between major shopping destinations (Don Quixote, Animate, Akiba Zone, Mandarake), the location of this hotel can't be beat for making a quick trip to hit up all the shops in Akiba. Rooms were a decent size (we had room to open both a 28" full size luggage and a smaller 22" carry on size). The entire hotel has a retro audiophile theme, which was pretty unique. The first floor is an Italian restaurant with a bar, which the staff were very nice to offer a drink voucher for when we checked in. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Nohga Hotel Akihabara and enjoyed its proximity to shopping.
A bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area, but offset by better location and larger rooms (these were some of the largest hotel rooms we've had in city centers in Japan).

very clea, and new - especially the bathroom! shower was great and the complimentary toiletries were very lush. size of the room wasn't large - but this is more a function of Tokyo, rather than the hotel. Price point isn't cheap - but again, I think this is more just Tokyo. We'd didnt make use of the communal areas, but there was a nice looking restaurant on the ground floor, a fuseball table.... Lots of food nearby - I went out for Ramen at 11pm! McD nearby too. Cool area, quite geeky and some weird businesses nearby - but that just added to the experience! Overall - very happy to have stayed here. Recommended.
Isn't SUPER close to the underground system. Size of the room isn't large, and with 2 people and2 suitcases, I had to play lugguage Tetris a few times!

There was a lot of attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully equipt and the toiletries were devine, as was the bathroom / shower. It was such a lush place to come back to after exploring Tokyo. The bar was great - the restaurant was great. It actually seemed like a place where a lot of young japanese people were hanging out - to me this is a good sign. The staff were so helpful. They didn't have coffee making facilities in the room - but I went down every morning and asked for a coffee and they made one for me - not for free - but it was great that it was so easy, given I love a coffee first thing in the morning. I loved as well that there were places to sit in the hotel where the outlook was lush - green trees and lovely deck etc. I just loved it. The area was also actually pretty cool in terms of things to do that are very quintessentially Japanese.

Amazing customer service, particularly the gent at reception who went out of his way to help us retrieve lost items. Happy hour was very welcome and surprising. Everything was very polished, comfortable and classy.
Small criticism but the breakfast buffet was a bit confusing. We were given a menu but no guidance on what would be provided by service vs the buffet. After I finished eating from the buffet,, a loaf of focaccia was dropped on my table. A bit odd.

This hotel is a rare find. I booked it before the location looks good to me. It's close to Suehirocho station (3min walk) on Ginza line which could take you to Ginza and Shibuya area. It's also close to Akihabara station (7min walk) where you could take Yamanote line to literally everywhere. Their restaurant on the first floor is purely amazing. I enjoyed their food a lot. We had a room with queen bed. I did my research and it's real American queen bed and it's very comfy. This hotel collaborates with local stores for their robes, towels, drinkwares, and amenity products. You could buy them in their lobby and I love their hair shampoo so much! They also make some booklets about the surrounding neighborhoods. We found so good restaurants and shops from them and that's so useful! Their blind curtain is a real blind curtain that 100% block the light. I love this hotel so much!

The hotel is quite big and located in an interesting and good area. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into planning of the building and the interior. The rooms are comfortable and you can find a pamphlet with a lot of good sports around the city, which are totally worth looking into - from places to visit, to specific stores and places to eat. The restaurant is Italian and maybe mostly targeting locals, who would like to eat something different, but if you would like an easy night or everything else is food, the pizza is indeed good.
I wish that the breakfast included Japanese dishes. The had an amazing artichoke soup, but unfortunately offered rather a breakfast that could be found anywhere around the world.

Stayed for two weeks for vacation and the room was pretty spacious and comfortable for Tokyo standards. I had enough room for 3 large suitcases by the end of the trip. The room is clean and well kept with modern fixtures. It's a bit more expensive than other options, but if you're willing to splurge, it is definitely worth it. The location is great, and not far from 24hr Donki and multiple train stations.
The entrance can be a little hard to find at first, and kind of awkward that you have to enter/exit through the restaurant every time

It's unusually nice for being in the center of Akihabara, it's like a oasis of luxury. The room was big for a business hotel, the lighting is good, the atmosphere is a huge plus. Has a bar and restaurant downstairs that have English speaking staff. Bathroom is large for business hotel, separate room for shower.
If I had to nitpick, it's next to a school. There's a sorta loud music at 5pm on school days.

This is a wonderful hotel and one we will be returning to every time we travel to Tokyo. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with enough room to open a pack and play for my little one as well as for us to have our luggage unpacked. The bed was large and comfortable for two. The shower was wonderful with a large rain shower head and a handheld shower, and both had perfect strong pressure. The toiletries are available in the lobby and SO nicely made, we loved the comb and ended up bringing it with us to use throughout the rest of our travels. The shampoo and soap smells amazing. And the restaurant/bar at the ground floor was amazing!!!
The room had limited light, so getting ready in the morning was challenging to see yourself well in the mirror. The elevators stop on the second floor regardless of if you are going directly to your room, so it takes a bit longer to head up from the ground floor or come down to the outside. These are negligible issues, though, and only brought up because I couldn’t think of anything we really didn’t like!
