This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Tokyo for a lot of reasons. Mainly, its proximity to the Kanda Station which is also near adjacent stops like Yurakucho for Ginza, Ueno, Akihabara, and even Tokyo itself. There are also a lot of nearby restaurants and convenience stores so food is not a problem at all. The staff were also very warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Always all smiles and ready to greet or assist you with any needs. It's also great that they have Rhea on board because she really made the experience extra special for a solo Filipino traveler and have a sense of familiarity from home. A huge steal for me is the 24-hour coffee service in the lounge, which I find very thoughtful and convenient, especially during the late nights and early mornings. There are also a lot of sockets to charge your devices while you chill at the lounge. They also offer milk and juices for breakfast which is so extra. But what really made this stay a next-level experience was the free liquor and udon daily for short periods. The plum wine was superb and the udon was just perfect for winter! I got to stay on the 13th floor, which gave me a nice view of the towering cityscape in the area. And the single room was quite bigger than what I initially expected, which is a welcome surprise because I could easily fix my luggage any time. I definitely see myself coming back here because it was such a great experience overall. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Sui Kanda! You guys are amazing. See you all soon, hopefully!

While I understand that this can't be avoided at times due to capacity and cleaning concerns, I hope there will soon be an option do early check-in especially for guests coming from red eye flights. Since the check-in time was at 3PM, I tried roaming around Ueno and Ginza but had to spend a couple of hours in the hotel lounge after because I was dead tired already. They were still quick to offer me coffee while I waited, which I greatly appreciate. Still, a great stay overall, just a tiny recommendation.

The hotel offer delicious sandwiches and various drinks for refreshment during breakfast. They also offer free drinks and noodle soup at a specific time in the afternoon and evening.I liked also the location,as it is very accessible.Kanda metro station is just few steps away ,and 7eleven is nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly, like Rhea,So, and Philip.Even the manager of the hotel is very helpful.

The room is not so big,so don't bring huge luggages or many luggages. The bed is very comfortable though and everything a guest needs in a room is there, like refrigerator,TV,safe, built in table, blower. The hotel has also a washing machine available beside the reception. The bathroom is also good.

Location - close to the train station, however, you'll have to drag your luggage for about 5 - 8 minutes. So keep that in mind. It's located in the off street, so relatively quiet. The room was generally ok - sized, able to fit up to 2 medium size luggages. Staffs were quite accommodating in providing extra pillows and helping us book a taxi too !

Cleanliness could be better as there were some parts of the toilet that needed extra cleaning. Walls are slightly thin - so you can possibly hear your neighbour. We heard our neighbour's kid crying at some point during the night.

It was close to trains: Kanda, Shin-Nihombashi, and Mitsukoshimae stations are nearby. The service was also top-notch and the room had everything you might need for a short stay. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive: Rea was an absolute superstar getting us settled in and calling our ongoing hotel for our takyuubin. Aoki then organised the forms and payments for our luggage transfer, and was very honest - personally coming up to our room when she realised she forgot to give us JPY10 in change (10cents Australian…) to apologise profusely. Very honest and impressive service, and a great and comfortable stay overall!!!

Perhaps an extra pillow! Otherwise, it was perfect (but might not be great for people who do not like very firm beds…!)

Right near the Kanda station and a large outdoor market within short walk. Cafes on the corner were clean and nice. More of a "everyday" working vibe with offices around vs touristy which I liked. Fantastic innovation for space saving and efficiency. I had to take pics to remember ideas. VERY clean, fluffy white "down" feel to the bed, modern vibe and the availability of snacks etc in the evening and coffee etc was nice. Staff was exceptional. You can also forward your bags there from airport but be aware that is a separate service at the airport by a different company and may not arrive till next morning depending.

Nothing, I highly recommend this hotel.

What an excellent location! Kanda station is so close for those who might be overpacking for your trip to Japan. As a foreigner travelling, I really enjoyed the location, the rooms were small but so cozy and made for a great sleep. The shower and bath were excellent! The staff at the front were very kind! The amenities are also excellent - it is great to have coffee, tea and the free drinks at night (5-7pm). Robes are provided which were lovely to sleep in.

The mattress was a bit thin - but maybe it was because I was not used to that style of mattress on my first few days in Tokyo.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very generously agreed to hold our luggage for three days while we were off visiting someplace else. Not everyone speaks English but those that did were amazingly helpful. The rooms were, in typical Japanese fashion, very clean and neat with lots of places to plug-in our electronic devices. They had a saki and plum wine available for guests in the lobby after 5 PM and a coffee machine in the lobby which was available 24 seven. They even had a place in the lobby where you could get complementary udon noodles. We did not try that but the drinks were fantastic.

The rooms were incredibly tiny. Not unusual in major urban centers like Tokyo but surprising even to a New York City dwellers such as myself. The beds were large and comfortable but they took up literally almost the entire room. There was no closet to hang your clothes and maneuvering inside the room with two people was very very tight. If you are a bit claustrophobic I would recommend upgrading to one of the larger rooms if they are available

EXCELLENT LOCATION! About 10 minutes walk only from nearest train station. Small space, but this is normal in tokyo. I will surely come back again! Cheap price for a hotel that is next to tokyo station and akihabara station. I would stay here again the next time I come to tokyo!!! I love the facilities too. Thank you for the free water!!!

You cannot open your luggage as a whole, you can only open one side. We put our luggage on the bed when we pack our things before going to the airport. This is the best way to pack our stuff.

Very close to Kanda train station. Easy to get to Ueno and Tokyo Station. This location is a little cheaper than trying to stay close to either of those locations, so it is a good alternative. We didn’t take advantage of the free perks of drinks and udon, but we thought that was pretty cool. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English well. They were very helpful when we had some travel mishaps, so I am very grateful to them!!

The bed is more like a Japanese tatami mat instead of a full mattress. So don’t expect a fluffy bed. It doesn’t come with the amenities like an APA does (toothbrush, body towel, etc. ) but they are available for purchase downstairs. It does come with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There were some black marks on the white walls, but other than that it was clean. There isn’t a ton of space for bags, the room is very space efficient with chairs, desks, trash can, etc. placed into little hidey holes around the room.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, greeting everytime you get in and when you go out. Even offered us an umbrella when we checked out and were going home! Room was the perfect size, not too big and not too small. It was clean and when you needed new towels you could just go to the desk and get them straight away. There's a small fridge and a safe under the bed. Also an electric kettle and two mugs. There's 2 USB plugs for charging so you don't have to bring a travel adapter. Bathroom is also the perfect size. Nice shower which can also be used as a bath, warms up instant. Toilet seat is heated and it has a bidet function. The 'Do not disturb/Please clean' sign was magnetic so you could just stick it on the door instead of hanging it on the handle. Airco in the room worked perfect and cooled almost instant! Hotel was at a walking distance from Kanda station (2 mins), Tokyo Station (15 mins) and Akihabara (10mins)! Will definitely return here when we come back to Tokyo!
