Very conveniently located with an easy access from both Higashi Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku 3-chome Station. Just a several minutes walk to major entertainment / F&B area of Kabukicho but the hotel itself is in a not noisy area which is good for stay. The hotel is relatively new and clean. Seems well maintained. Check in / out was also very smooth. Rate was very reasonable and overall the experience here was very nice.

The staff were very friendly helping us out at 9pm when our other accommodation failed. The room was exceptionally clean with mini fridge included.
The room was a smoking room- however definitely recognise this was a last minute booking with no non-smoking rooms left. Rooms a bit small for 3 people with large suitcases.

It's a decent place to rest after a long day of touring the city. Not recommended for those planning to stay longer inside the hotel.
Woke up late at night on our 2nd night to evacuate due to a fire alarm. Fire brigade responded very quick and declared No Fire. An epic experience but good to know smoke detectors and alarms are working fine. Stayed for 5 nights!
