1/. Incredible Breakfast is included everyday. 2/. Amazing Accessories could be collected at the open shelf located at the concierge floor in free of charge. 3/. Excellent Organic Coffee is offered in free of charge near the cafe located at the concierge floor in free of charge. 4/. Thoughtful Free Ice Water Machine and Vending Machine located at the Vending Room on every floor.
Hotel Room : very dusty When I went to the concierge to make a complaint about the dust with photos taken minutes after our arrival at the hotel room (710), I still remembered how the male staff turned me down and ignored my complaint on the dust issue!!! Please don’t make any conclusion the conflict from the language differences because the staff (male) (south eastern Asian) could speak fluent ENGLISH and understand what I was talking about. To avoid ruining our mood during our stay, we did not make a further complaint. Particularly, we would still believe the quality of Japanese norm and culture would not accept their staff to ignore the needs of their hotel guests!!! In fact, my husband and I are suffering the allergies from the dusts or the mould.

It's at a very good location, only 5 minutes walk to Ginza Station. It is in a very posh area just opposite a high-end Ginza Six shopping mall with a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Great local Japanese breakfast buffet if you like the Japanese home-cooked style breakfast. Free amenities, coffee, and juice 24/7. The aircon and heater worked very well, and towels were changed every day. The rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you make a special request in advance.
The rooms were as small as expected. We booked the triple room, which consists of 2 single beds and a sofa bed. There was hardly any space to walk around. But, the location made up for it. We didn't mind as we were out most of the time from Sunrise until late at night all the time we were in Tokyo. The front desk will help when asked. Otherwise, don't expect an extra smile or service.

Shared a room with a friend and though it was a little small it was fine for the cost. I loved the LOCATION, right in the midst of Ginza with Mitsukoshi nearby and the convenience food mart, 7 Eleven; Family Mart, Lawsons nearby. Also, there were a lot of Izakaya type restaurants around the streets surrounding the hotel, which was convenient and reasonable. Avoided the expensive find dining restaurants.
The foreign staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The native Japanese staff, to us, were not as friendly or helpful. Really appreciated the foreign staff with handling the Takyuubin, temporary suitcases to hold, and contacting and getting the needed taxi to the airport.

just 2 minutes from main street of Ginza or 8 min by foot to next underground Ginza Station: all rooms quiet away from traffic We loved the Japanese Breakfast, including regular coffee and some juices. Stuff is very helpfull, and speaks English enough for a really pleasant stay.
we have booked the Japanese styled double room: perfect for a short stay, but not the best idea for staying longer than 2 nights, when you travel with lots of baggage, then ask better for a bigger room. Windows can't be opened, only air-condition available, but works very well. When the hotel is nearly fully booked, you may need a little patience at the breakfast buffet, but all in all: a perfect place, we will recommend to friends and we will come back definitely.

The location was a short walk from the Shimbashi train station with access to several lines including the JR system. The closest exit is #1 near the Ginza Line then straight up the wide main shopping street. It is right across the street from Ginza Six which has a nice rooftop observation deck. Lots of konbini stores and restaurants in the area. Very near the Kabuki Theater if there are performances. Nice breakfast buffet with mostly Japanese style dishes. Loved having brewed black tea available. There was a water dispenser on the floor which was handy for filling your water bottle.
The Japanese style room was not that comfortable with no chair or regular height table. The bed was comfortable, however, my back was sore from bending over so much. The room was a bit small with little space around the bed. In hindsight, I should have reserved a regular western style room.

We have always liked this hotel because of its location in Ginza. Of all the areas in tokyo we prefer this location as it is less crowded compared to the rest. Subways are pretty close. This is around the 5th time we have gone to this hotel and we are loving it always.
Breakfast quality is poor with few selections. Not worth the money for just a couple of sausages and eggs for us... In our prior trips to tokyo we have made it a point to eat breakfast at the hotel before we head out... This was pre pandemic.... this time we only ate once... the first day... and we swore it off for the next 13 days of our trip. Food is nothing special at all... unfortunately this will make us rethink if we will book again here in our future trip to tokyo...maybe its time to try another hotel.

The location was very convenient. Close to the train station and Uber can stop right in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and they had a complete assortment of toiletries needed. There was a water dispenser in every floor next to the ice maker. They also had free coffee by the concierge 24/7. Money changer machine was also available near the concierge.
Rooms weren't as clean as typical Japanese-managed hotels. There was mold buildup on the walls, the hairdryer had so much dust inside, the shower/tub had hair from previous guests in the walls, and the toilet seemed very old. Water pressure was also not that strong.

I always stay here when I'm in Tokyo. Check-in is smooth, the 24h front-desk staff goes above and beyond (including with receiving packages, printing documents for a small fee, and luggage forwarding/storage), and their digital key system feels very safe. Although the rooms aren't the largest, they're modern and kept up extremely well, and the bathrooms are a bit bigger than the usual Tokyo standard :) Ginza is a posh, quiet neighborhood (not where I'd go if you want to be in a crowded party zone), and the Gracery is located right next to one of its biggest/fanciest malls (Ginza Six) and the nicest 24h Lawson I have ever seen. It's also only a couple blocks from both the Ginza and Higashi-Ginza Tokyo Metro stations along Ginza's main street. Tons of great food/café options both downstairs and just around the corner. They have a small waiting/business lounge in the lobby as well, if you need to take calls or do work outside the room. Overall, I will continue to stay here every time I come to Tokyo. It's unbeatable in terms of value.
Very little! I suppose it's a little annoying to log into the wifi again every day, but it honestly worked quite well. Views vary a lot based on which side of the hotel you're placed on.

Location was terrific. Close to subway/train stations. Walkable to the Imperial Palace. Ginza is amazing with its stores and restaurants. Hotel Gracery has a sitting area with tables, where we sat and ate our take out dinners from the Department stores basement food courts. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. I definite would stay here again.
It’s a little difficult to find the first time. Follow the directions they provide when confirming your reservations, we mistakenly used Google Maps.
