Haneda Inn

Although small, the room was very well equipped - everything looks quite new. The room was better than the photos. Good value for the price

The pick up from airport was unclear - you have to call the hotel and the reception will ask to speak to someone in Japanese to instruct him to tell me where to go. As my Japan SIM card could not make calls, this cost me a bit in roaming call charges. The hotel could have printed the instructions with the airport map on where to wait; and if we have any problems we can always ask someone at the airport.

Small room size but fine for a single traveler, basic but also very clean. Front desk staff has somewhat limited English ability but very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a simple menu of tasty curry rice, bread, coffee/juice. I arrived early and took the train (Keikyu Line) from Haneda to Otori station and walked a few minutes to the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is a great value; must select your shuttle departure time for the return to Haneda airport upon check-in; journey is only ten minutes and very convenient.

Basic business hotel, friendly staff and we liked that there was a an airport shuttle. Japanese breakfast of curry, toast, and corn cowder was served.

Clearly an older hotel with basic rooms and firm beds. It made sense for staying near the airport for one night, I probably would find a nicer place for a longer stay.

The booking was very easy staff very friendly & given very clear information about facilities, shuttle service & near cafes & other services. The down stairs was clean & comfortable. Morning was efficient b/fast service & shuttle service we’ll organised. Hotel room small though covered all U required. So fine ok stay.

Nothing really was needed maybe slightly better Wi-Fi connection but not really much of issue.

The shuttle was very convenient, it arrived fast and was easy to find and recognize. They also took us back to airport the next day. So, if you arrive in Haneda late, this hotel is an excellent option to stay overnight before you continue your trip.

The breakfast could be definitely better, but it was better than nothing. Overall as a temporary inn it has been OK and can be recommended.

Very well located and easy to find. They have a free shuttle service to the airport, breakfast was included, facilities were very clean, bed comfortable and the staff even spoke a little English! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again on my next trip!

I liked everything but i would have loved if some of the amenities were included such as cotton set or facial cleanser but overall everything else was very good

Great place only ten minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service there and back. Stayed here one night for our layover and it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue I can really think is that there was a weird smell in the reception area but this wasn't much of a bother.

The hotel is very close to Haneda airport and the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the airport which was very convenient as we carried quite a bit of luggage. Moreover, The staff was wonderful and spoke very good English. All in all this hotel is great value for money. We even got excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants.

hotel itself was lovely and staff were very helpful and accommodating, looked after our extra luggage and got a second shuttle bus for the same time slot for us to use since the first would be full. good room, small but perfectly sufficient and well equipped.

Extremely convenient option especially if travelling at uncomfortable times of the da. Really good and friendly service, shuttle for airport that is fast and friendly, good size bathroom for a small room. Nice breakfast even at 5 am. All in all an extremely nice place to stay in transit that definitely exceeded my expectations.
