We are very happy with the service from this hotel hospitality. We encountered a problem in forwarding our luggages to the next hotel we will be staying in Sapporo after our trip to Furano and Otaru. Special big thanks & appreciation to the front office staff Yuasa-san for accomodating our luggages in the hotel for several nights, thus making holiday in Hokkaido more meaningful. Ms. Yuasa-san is an angel that really had gone beyond being helpful to assist in solving our problem. Again, our much appreciation to Yuasa-san and the Management of Hotel Classe Stay Sapporo for making our holidays fun and memorable. Thank you very much.

the room is quite small

* the room was very neat - clean, comfortable beds, washing machine and well equipped kitchenette * The staff took care to ensure our customised requirements for the kitchenette * Immediate access to convenience stores within walking distance * 10-12 min walk from bus stop of the airport (New Chitose) limousine bus service * Helpful and considerate staff to accept our request for holding baggage after checkout * Lobby had a vending machine too

* the room size was small, sometimes feeling cramped with the luggage; maybe not suitable for families with kids on a longer stay

The atmosphere and the location are excellent. The hotel is near many luxurious hotels and resident area, which makes it quiet, peaceful, and secure. There are even Lawson and 7-11 within 5 min by walking. The room is wide and comfortable and the facilities are well equipped. The staff is friendly and polite as well.

I would recommend people who emphasize on quietness rather than convince to stay here. People who want to stay here have to consider the time for transferring and waiting for subways. However, living in hotels downtown has concerns about security. In my opinion, it is a tradeoff.

I really loved the kitchenette and laundry facilities. For a week long stay, it meet all my requirements. The microwave was excellent too. The bed was comfortable, and when asked for an extra blanket, it was no problem at all. The bathroom and facilities were excellent. Could not have asked for more. The staff were courteous and polite. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were always i treated in my adventures, especially my trip to Wakkanai. The location was three subway stations away from Sapporo station. The metro was a short walk away from the hotel. There was a 7/11 diagonally opposite the hotel, so could easily get my groceries or requirements. The lounge was a bonus and I was able to connect my Google Chrome cast to the atV to steam my Aussie Netflix and programs.

They didn’t organise luggage transfer. You have to go to the 7/11 to do it. Kitchen set up for only one, in my case, so was not able to prepare and cook as efficiently. Plate and bowl was plastic so not always the easiest for cooking. Would also appreciate some western styled cutlery and cooking utensils, although made chop sticks work.

Stayed in 908/909. Required to have connecting rooms for 3 people, which worked out very well. Appreciated the extra space and having 2 of everything. Beds were very comfortable. Liked location of being a little off the beaten path and away from Susukino red light district, but close to train station. Chose this place for value for the money and proximity to transit.

Carpets were stained. They may be clean, but they look dirty. Also - room has kitchenette with cooktop, but nothing with which to cook or clean, not even dish soap or sponge. That would be helpful.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, situated merely 350 meters from both the airport bus station and Nakajima Station. It's impressively neat and clean, equipped with all essential amenities. The rooms are spacious, featuring separate bedroom and sitting areas for added comfort. The standout features include a washing machine and a small pantry, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, all the nice places are just a walking distance away!

I would prefer to have more pillows, although it's not essential.

Spacious room and a lot of facilities provided that make it worth the money paid. Location : Nearby nakajima park, nearest train station is around 500 meter. Sapporo in general is not very big city so you can walk to odori park and Susukino from hotel. Convenience mart is around 100-200 meter. Facility : Superb facility provided inside the room (Washing machine with dryer function, microwave, small fridge, dry kitchen). Comfortability : Room is very spacious for 2 person and bed is also very comfortable and

This is the last accommodation in our trip and we felt this is the best. We had 2 inter connecting rooms that is spacious and well design. Not to mention the bathroom is in good size and it has the onsen bathing style. It is self contained and super convenient with the washer cum dryer, microwave oven, rice & induction cooker. The induction cooker serves no purpose as there is not pot available. Self checked in and out is convenient. We can just buy food from from 7-11 store opposite and have them on the 1st floor seating area where free coffee and tea are available. This is a steal for the price we paid.

Parking is always expensive in Sapporo but the staff are helpful to guide us.

Excellent spacious modern room, very clean; comfortable beds, modern bathroom, good kitchenette area and setup. Comfortable temperature wise, and good isolation from street noise or otherwise. I slept well, and had a great stay. The hotel is very close to the main central hub of Sapporo, so it was great for the snow festival.

Horrible Internet. Awful, awful speeds and stability, especially at night. Didn't matter whether wired over ethernet, or over WiFi, which was stable connectivity wise. In the morning and during the day it was acceptable, but slow-ish. At night though, almost unusable. 80-90% packet loss, extremely slow 5-10KB/s speeds, horrible 9-10 SECOND pings to websites or other network points. Also, their networking is setup to drop ALL UDP packets, so if you wanted to connect to a corporate VPN networks, good luck... no tech support either. The hotel networking needs a complete overhaul in my opinion, or otherwise something is very wrong with Sapporo's internet capabilities as a whole.

I like the self service towels, away from crowds but accessible to whole Susukino by walking and Nakijima Koen Subway.Few minutes walk to New Chistose AirPort shuttle/ transit bus stop (1300yen/trip).A lot of restaurants near by just goggles it with reasonable walking distance max 30min. My favourite is the wadding machine in the room to wash as you want with self service free detergent. There is connecting room available.
