In terms of location, it's quit good and easy accessible.

The things that I don't like is cleanliness of bathroom and shoe place, it is because there were fallen white hair and like pubic hair too. Inside the bathroom also there were fallen hair at shampoo holders place, so that I couldn't sit on bathtub after seeing that fallen hair, I suggest please keep attention on cleaning, other things are good.

Key card is required to access floors. Room is small but has everything you need. Good value for money, we booked room w breakfast. Inn was a 5min walk from the subway. Area was relatively quiet

Very good location close to two metro stations. Very clean, quiet, could even book a massage for quite cheap! The breakfast was very convenient with flexible hours, unusual as a western but you get used to it.

Using the washing machine can be tricky but it’s fine after one use. Nothing much to say it was very good.

It might be a thing in Japan but it would have been nicer to be able to check in early(if available of course). We paid extra to be able to check in at 1pm. Also rooms are in general super tiny so if you are a couple and have two suitcases, you will run out of space pretty quick

The room was spacious, the heat worked really well. I liked the little couch and tables, as well as extra cushions. I loved the bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. The adjustable lighting throughout was great! I was able to do a load of laundry while I was there. It didn't dry completely, but I was able to hang everything in the room. It was pretty quiet, too.

The pillows were a little hard, and there was a little ketchup stain on my comforter. The door to the bathroom was glazed glass and opened directly towards the beds, which is awkward if you are sharing with someone.

Decently sized bed and bathroom, especially considering the price. Also easily accessible via metro.

The location could the better and the bed was quite stiff. Also always had to wait for the elevators quite a bit, which seemed a little off, but nothing dramatic.

The staff were very helpful whenever I would ask for directions to places I wanted and needed to go to. They always had a map print out and information which subway stations I need to go to. Overall it was good value for money.

I was quite disappointed that if you wanted to do early check-in/late check-out you would have to pay per hour. I am a frequent traveller (business/holidays), In all my travels I have never encountered any hotel that had asked me to pay if I wanted to do early check-in/late check-out. In all hotels that I’ve stayed at as soon as I arrived they would automatically check me in without even asking (FREE OF CHARGE) and vice versa. While at this property you’d really have to wait for check-in time. I think this should be a perk given to your guests if and when you can without asking your guest to pay.

Very clean and in a very good location. The room was spacious enough and had all that it takes for a good night of sleep.

The lobby is not at all comfortable. Make sure to arrive just in time for check-in so you don't have to wait there.

Check in and check was super easy. There are combs, bath fiber, shaving knives, etc. free products in front of the entrance desk. The hotel is steps away from the metro exit and the location is great.
