Hideaway at Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

I had the BEST Butler team ever!! Daron and Denato were the absolute best!! I was traveling alone and they constantly checked on me to make sure I was good. The security was on point as well; they like to know where you're going and with whom. I love that measure!!

My one not so good experience was Dorado restaurant. Something was happening in the kitchen and we weren't allowed in for about 45 minutes. Once inside and ordered my meal, I was very disappointed! Not sure if they were rushing or what, but food was not good. I've eaten here before on a previous visit and food was great. I also learned that a lot of staff were on strike (good for them!)

The setting was exceptional. The balance of nature paired with modern amenities created the ideal vacation getaway that I wanted. Housekeeping and room service were on point. The food was great too, not to mention the drink options at the bar.

There was a change in the room selected on Booking to what they had reserved, I had specified 2 beds however upon check in, the room reserved only had one. This caused my friend and I extra funds to secure rather than returning to Montego Bay.

I loved the seated check-in process, with complimentary drinks and a gorgeous horizon view to enjoy. The staff and ambience are welcoming with smiles and happy to help. The room had a luxuriously comfortable bed, rain shower with a sauna and a spa tub in the middle of the room with curtains for privacy. Oh yeah, you can literally order room service from the TV! The swim-out feature to my room was simply one off my bucket list and I'm glad I experienced it, at my favorite Hideaway.

We booked Diamond Club services and were provided a butler. Patrice was amazing! She made the trip! She was sooo helpful and kind. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation! All the staff was amazing and so friendly. Not one of them passed us without acknowledging us with a friendly greeting or nod. The restaurants that were open were good. Again, the staff made the vacation!

We booked a part of the resort and were not told until we got there that it was closed. They moved us to another part, which was okay, but not as good or remote as what we wanted. There were also (because of covid i assume) very limited places to eat. Dinner was either the buffet or you had to reserve at only other restaurant that was open. We booked a romantic dinner on the pier that got rained out. We weren't too happy with where they put us as an alternative, but I understand they did there best. What we HATED though was we were charged for a bottle of wine at that dinner, when EVERYWHERE else on the resort we were given wine for free. We even had numerous champagne bottles delivered to our room at no cost either. We asked to get it taken off, and they said they weren't able to.

Being that we visited during Covid, I was incredibly impressed by how great the staff was. Sanitation points, temp checks, I felt really safe. Now, this hotel is massive so there is lots of space to roam around without being close to others. The decor is beautiful. The details are appreciated. The employees are so sweet and kind. Very accommodating. The beach is a favorite of mine (I’ve been to Jamaica 5 times). The landscaping was beautiful. The food? Delicious. From the jerk hut by the main pool to the fancy restaurants, everything was good. I LOVED the gym and the spa the most. Definitely recommend this place for both couples and families. I’ll miss the coco bread and rum punches.

The property has multiple restaurants to dine. The food was delicious. Our Butler George is the epitome, “At your service.” He was very knowledgeable of the property and the surrounding areas. He handled everything from dinner reservations, property activities, and off-property excursions. He was truly divine and personable.

The Luxury Penthouse with Jacuzzi we booked on guarantee months prior wasn’t available during our stay. However, the property did compensate us for our inconvenience.

The property was very clean, COVID protocol in place, staff members very helpful and professional. Food and drinks were good. Happy we choose Hideaway, peaceful, quiet.

Checking in was very hectic and confusing at the section for families. In contrast, checking in at Hideaway was quick and calm. Too much seaweed in the water.

Food is AMAZING, entertainment team is AMAZING, beds are really comfortable. Check in process was very easy and smooth. My fiancee and I had so much fun. The food, I can't stop talking about the food. The quality of food on the buffet is great. Room service however takes 2.5 hours and the food arrives cold. We used it on 2 occasions and it was the same issue. However that's just 1 thing. The spa attendants and the spa itself are amazing. We Ioved it there. The only problem we really had was not staying longer but now we know better. See you again soon

the staff were absolutely great so friendly and helpful. the hideaway pool and swim up bar were my fave locations!

The restaurants (not the buffet) lacked decent vegan options.

i loved everything about this hotel, I'm definitely looking forward to return with a group of friends.

I was disappointed with the fact that I made a note that i was celebrating my birthday that weekend and I thought at least I would have seen a balloon or even "Happy Birthday" banner on my door. I notice and asked other guests who also celebrated their birthday that weekend had on the banner, i was told the hotel did it. so yes i was a bit annoyed and hurt that I was overlooked. However the staff at the hideaway pool bar made it all up.
