Quality Inn & Suites West Bend

The price, maybe the cheapest hotel in west bend. Great cable .the shower is nice plenty of towels. A mini fridge and a microwave too.

The hot breakfast is not so hot .the candies vendors machine didn't hav5 much to offer. It a bit far from the center of town.

Very friendly staff! Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We love coming here.

Our shower made a loud whining noise while on. And our toilet handle would stick when flushed causing the toilet to run constantly if we didn’t get up to fix it.

Quiet, clean, safe, comfy bedding.

Double charged for room by Booking and front desk at location, despite providing booking confirmation number upon arrival. Issue is not resolved at this time.

Clean rooms, pool and everything. Very friendly personal , excellent location- to reach a winter park and ski area just couple miles, there is behind the hotel a good natural park.

Breakfast not so good but adequate quantity of choices. Room met my needs, had a nice recliner. Nothing glamorous but I was traveling for a class and good value.

Coffee was pretty low quality.

close to Froedert hospital and reasonably priced

My only complaint is I didn't stay longer! The facilities were extremely clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was cleaner than many stays I've had. When you travel as much as I do, you notice when things aren't actually clean. This was not one of those places.

Breakfast was good

It was a bag breakfast. It made me sick poor quality.

I was concerned that the exits weren't locked and didn't require the room key to exit and enter.

The shower head needs to be changed
