Holiday Inn Express Tomball, an IHG Hotel

This is one of the cleanest hotels in which we've had the pleasure of staying. My husband and I came with our 3 kids and the queen deluxe room was the perfect fit for our family - comfortable, roomy, and so clean you could smell the cleaners used. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping, all doors required key access so we felt extra safe, and the front desk staff was wonderful - providing extra towels so we could swim, a luggage cart when they could see we had our hands full and just, overall, super friendly and helpful (there were notices about being short-staffed, but we never would have guessed bc they were so nice). Thanks for a great stay - we'll be looking for Holiday Inn Express stays for future travel plans!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean and well maintained. The breakfast was convenient and good.

Towel service. We had to ask for clean towels, but the hotel was short staff so we understood the situation.

Have stayed here at least once a year. Always clean and well run. This time, due to COVID, their usual hot breakfast was not available. The fruit (apples only) never changed. Disappointing but understandable. Hope things return to normal in 2021!!!

Change fruit in the AM (apples to oranges to bananas) and perhaps make some type of breakfast items available to heat in the rooms since they have microwaves and refrigerators.

Always love that it’s clean and renovated and so nice.

Was very disappointed that the hot breakfast was discontinued. I have always loved being able to eat a good breakfast before heading out for the day. Breakfast was a disappointment. Maybe they will bring it back. Let’s hope so.

Location was were we wanted to be. Breakfast was a real bonus. Could have used some shade and seating in smoking area.

The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. Hard to pinpoint why - he remembered my name, answered questions before I even asked them.

too much light in the room - from devices. Wasn't easy to turn off clock, lights from sensors. Too cold.

It is a very good location. We were in town for a funeral and it was close to everything we needed.

The other hotel patrons were noisy
