Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Mooresville

I give this hotel a 5 star rating. We arrived about a 1/2 early & our room was ready. The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best most helpful staff more than any other hotel we've ever stayed at & we do a lot of traveling. Always greeted with a smile & pleasant attitude. Will definitely return next year!

You can't complain when everything was perfect

Loved all the amenities. The pool was open until 11pm so the kids got to enjoy that. They also had mini golf on site for free which was fun. The breakfast was amazing. The room was large and very comfortable.. First time at a Hilton Garden Inn. We will definitely be back.

I would stay again and look forward to staying at a Hilton in the future.

The breakfast was advertised as free but anyone who ate any of the hot food was charged $8. For me it was more the principle of it than the cost itself.

Always clean and friendly staff. I did have to check out one day early, do to family emergency.. I'm supposed to get a refund. Please advise.

Having to leave early.

The hotel is clean. The room was very clean as well. Nice room, enough space for a family of three. They also have a few parking spots in a underground parking under the hotel, which is convenient and safe. Hotel location is close to I77. We did not get to have breakfast there as we left before they served it.

Only one elevator was working, and it was very slow. Also the elevator was a bit dirty.

The room and the accommodations were great

the first night there the hotel parking lot was full and we were told we could park on the street or in a private doctor’s office parking lot next to the hotel.

the convenience of the hotel to my destination and the proximity of nearby restaurants

the carpet in rooms and layout of the bathroom (Needs a separate toilet closet)

The bartender downstairs was wonderful. She served us even though the bar was closed.

Their was an incident in the hallway in the middle of the night that woke myself and my kids. A couple was arguing and the police were called. My kids were horrified having to watch someone go to jail.

I was there with family for a birthday party in the ballroom and one of the staff members was talking about our guest. Apparently there wasn't enough staff and the woman was complaining about having to clean the ballroom as we were leaving. We gathered up all of the things that were the hotels and put them in a orderly fashion for them to gather and take to the kitchen, but there was one man who was trying to work our party and run the bar that was doing his best to accommodate us all.

Lovely hotel, with lots of places for family to gather. The hotel staff could not have been nicer or more helpful ( though they were short-staffed as everywhere).
