Embassy Suites Parsippany

The plants in the atrium lobby are fabulous! the indoor garden atmosphere is very very pleasant. The babbling fountain is very soothing. It is one of the nicest interiors of an Embassy Suites that I have ever seen. Th location of the hotel is also very helpful. We enjoyed the full breakfast immensely .The made to order omelets were outstanding.

The pool, restaurant and bar closed much too early ( 9 pm) after a day in the city , when we returned to the hotel, we barely had time to get a drink at the bar. We didn't get to use the lovely pool either, because it was closed.

The breakfast service was excellent and the room service brought us extra pillows with the greatest speed. Although I have requested and got feedback on email to do an early checking to the hotel paying an extra $25 and the front desk personnel said it's $50 upon arrival which I still agreed to pay. However, the front desk woman said the room is unavailable and she mentioned that she will give us a call around noon and didn't receive any call and checked in around 4:30 pm instead. I wish they could keep their words and accommodate us in some ways since we drove over 5 hours and have children who wanted some rest made us unhappy. Overall this place is great and I would say I can come back to it again.

It is a child-friendly place and a nice lobby area plant view and a water fountain give an excellent sound to sit and relax around. I like the breakfast choices and the attentive service.

The breakfast was diverse enough to accommodate my vegan diet. The gym was spacious and had enough equipment for a full body workout, including weights and cardio.

The bathroom tub stopper was broken, so I was not able to take a bath, but the shower was amazing! There were quite a bit of children screaming and running around the hotel in main areas and in the hallways - which could be heard from my suite, but that's not the hotel's fault at all.

The property is beautiful. It gives you a feel like you’re outside, while indoors. I felt like I was in the middle of the forest, and I even loved the sound of the waterfall at night.

I felt there was a lot of traffic. Maybe they need to hire more housekeepers but we had pizza boxes outside our door upon arrival, and the toilet paper roll was practically empty, which made me feel like my room was cleaned in a rush. I use to be a housekeeper, a lot of things get wasted, but it’s for everyone’s safety you’re suppose to give the new guest fresh everything.

Two rooms were connected so we could go in and out of each other's room. The rooms were very spacious with a bed room and living room space with three sinks.

Elevator broke in second day, so we had to go around to take them. The hotel is pretty big, so added extra time to get back to the room. We were on 5th floor. The quality of swimming pool water... it was white (must be a lot of chemicals)

Most part of the staff was very friendly, awesome room very comfortable. The inside was really pleasant and clean. The breakfast buffet is really good. The location is great have a lot of places to go.

The pool was not big enough for the capacity of the hotel. Was uncomfortable because was a lot of children jumping and diving that makes it hard to swim specially if you have babies. The inside walls need a good clean and I think was excess of chlorine too because the water did not look clear and the smell was too strong.

Staff suggested to become a member so I could get free WiFi. Very nice . Fast checkout was good

No one picked up the phone. Tried calling multiple times before I arrived. Always played recorded message.

The rest of the staff from front desk, to serving breakfast omelets, to cleaning crew were very accommodating.

The security staff, harassed and profiled implied racism, He was upset I took a back exit from the building to my car due to the location of my room and my foot suffering from plantar ficiatis & growth spurs, lied about the exit saying there was an emergency exit sign. When it was not an emergency exit and ther was no sign.

Breakfast was good, however the staff started shutting everything down around 9:50 and we felt very rushed.

The pool was very crowded this morning. Yesterday the staff was enforcing the reservation time and checking wrist bracelets. Today there were around 25 kids unsupervised in the pool without wristbands.

Location was great. Close to my family. I loved the landscaping inside and the water features. Well maintained property.

Breakfast selection could have been better. The person who checked me in was not friendly and very unclear in the communications about signing up for rewards/honors. He was very short with me, and had I not already booked, I would have left.
