Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. it’s a great value, clean and comfortable.

we didn’t have a good wi-fi connection in our room.

the location was perfect being right in Times Square, close to attractions and restaurants

our room was on the 32nd floor which was a bit scary

We stayed on the 44th floor and had a great city view! Location was convenient to all the things we wanted to see.

We stayed 11/3-12/4 and as cold as it was outside for that time of the year, when we got back to our room it was quite warm and could not get the air to cool off in the room. We eventually called guest service to request a fan for the room. We were told to try opening the windows, which helped a lot to get air circulating in the room and cool it off. A mini fridge would have been nice to have to keep beverages cold. Also, the remote control to the TV was very finicky- had to get really close to TV to work...maybe it needed new batteries or buttons were bad. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but we traveled with 2 young children and trying to find something for them to watch and the controller not working properly or at all at times was not ideal.

Location was excellent, 2 minute walk away from Times Square. Hotel was immaculate, lobby area was stunning and house keeping were in every day freshening the room up while we were out. We didn’t use any hotel amenities but what we did see of the hotel was lovely! Staff were always helpful to offer advice and answer questions which was much appreciated.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The elevators were very quick. The location was perfect with lots of places within walking distance.

The room was a little stuffy and we couldn't turn on the air conditioning to cool off. Even in December it still was a little warm. There was no paper or pen in the room and the outlets were far way from the beds.

The location is amazing for the theatre district. (right across the street is Times Deli with great food at LOW prices and out the other end is Starbucks and a 24 hour Walgreens)

The VERY late check in time of 4pm is way to late. The staff at check-in were ok. Bell hops were friendly, the older gentleman door man from Barbados was wonderful! (I cannot recall his name) In the ice bucket in our room there was a used candy wrapper and another piece of garbage in there. Also, having no in room refrigerator is not cool!

The room had a coffee machine but no instructions for how it worked. The room could do with a kettle.

The location is smack bang in the middle of Times Square and is fantastic! the hotel is a beautiful building with good size rooms, decent size beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel receptionists were super helpful in helping us print covid documents for our flights etc which is great in trying times!

For a hotel that wasn’t the cheapest option I felt a few little things were lacking - no tea/coffee facilities or refrigerator in the room (space for one though) and the room was SO warm, the air only went on warm but on floor 37, we had the windows open and still struggled with the heat of the room - even in winter! Also we could never seem to get hold of the concierge on the phone from the room.

This was a dream trip to celebrate my children graduating from college. The location was perfect as my kids are theatre fans, we could walk to every show. It was close to subways when we needed them. Our room was very comfortable and when we needed to speak with staff they were very accomodating and friendly. We didn't eat at the location so I can't speak for that. The only thing that would have made our experience better was if there had been a refrigerator in the room.

No refrigerator in the room. We did use the water station in the gym to keep our own bottles full and often it was empty for long periods of time, even after we said something to the staff.
